I think this case is very important and touches on a few corner stones issues we're dealing with globally right now. International law, mass surveillance, predictive law enforcement, rule of law, and the power of government the people. I think this case will serve to unite mankind. Beforehand there was a clear narrative that the US is the culmination of western thought and has stood to face its various enemies starting from the Nazis to the Soviet union and now Russia and China. Now it's obvious that the US doesn't have moral ground to stand on against the chinese system. 

The next system that comes will take that into account. It will unfold over the next few years. AI agents are gonna be huge as they are the next frontier of power that will permeate human society. How do we figure what power they should have? That's the case going on with anthropic vs the department of war right now.
