Forget all the information your mind is filled with from religion and science and Philosophy and spirituality etc and just take a look at what is actually going on with your life . How did you actually come to existence?  I stress "ACTUALLY ".

What happened Is there was infinite nothingness .then you were born out of nowhere and went through life and here you are . Therefore the answer is you literally jumped  out of nowhere and here you are .that's Literally what happened isn't it ?!

No one knows the final answer but you definitely have a clearer picture than me as an example. But no one will ever know the bottom line and do not try to change my mind on this .because there is no bottom line ..it just keeps going.

What helped me was deeply contemplating the structure of Existence before fully understanding it.

How much of Existence is conceptual vs. actual? Has the materialistic / scientistic worldview answered all the fundamental questions about Existence?-or are there still gaps?

Actualized.org 3-part series on deconstructing the myth of science is a great starting point. Watch those if you haven’t, but really try to take points in those video seriously- contemplate each for yourself.

Your Mind has to be an active participant in understanding these things at their root, engaging in thought discussions on the forum won’t help much-as it’s more so a passive approach to understanding

"Why" is asking for a reason - the question presupposes that what we take existence to be is the same as whatever existence is. So, in my view, a better question would be, what is it?

Existence exist because it has to Exist, all Possibilities Exist!  Everything You can Imagine in Your Mind exists somewhere in the Universe or Metauniverse, and believe it or not our minds are limited and our imaginations too, so just think if we can imagine all that we have (just think of every human to have ever lived and all that each of them has imagined, its still limited)... So there is allot out there, so much so we cannot fathom it, we are just a spec, on a spec planet in a spec solar system in  spec Galaxy..

Each dot is a galaxy, this is just a small picture of the universe! 15,000 galaxies here.. There are trillions of galaxies!!
