HELP! I really want to get a girlfriend !

I want to get a girlfriend. What is the best option: Tinder or cold approach?
I live in Brazil, I'm average looking, 29 years old, a little skinny (70 kg), 186 cm tall, and I work out a little at home (I do pull-ups). I'm shy, so cold approach would be pretty tough if I choose that route. I'm a white latino.

My Instagram profile sucks, no pictures (just the profile one) and only a few followers. I'm a med student, and all the attractive girls in my class already have a boyfriend.

I really want a cute girlfriend. What is the best strategy for me?

Cold approach will ruthlessly punish any unintegrated shyness or passivity patterns you have. Which is actually what you want.

I would also combine cold approach with leaning into the built-in social circle you have in med school. If you want a serious girlfriend, she is likely going to want you to have some sort of social circle.

So even if the girls in your school have boyfriends, they can still be your friends and just be people you go out with. They can also introduce you to whatever single friends they might have. And it will just be good for increasing your overall social skills.

Thank you, nice advice. Yes, the lack of social circle is one big problem, i consider myself kind of handsome ( maybe I'm delusional lol) but I'm pretty lonely, I have no friends and don't interact with women outside med school.

@Tudo 1. sign up for dating apps if you are in a big area. Consider investing in someone who can help you set up a good peofile

2. go to regular social events for example on the App Meetup and begin socializing

3. consider coach approach in a way you want

Oh my man, you should be grateful that you live in Brazil. I used to work in San-Paulo and I never had problems with women there.

Cold and direct approach is the best thing you can do.

Buy a course that explains how to attract women.

There are courses for cold approach and courses for online game. You are not going to figure this out by yourself. You need to leverage an existing knowledge base.
