I also see no obivous contradiction in a zombie world , where only you have a mind, but other people are philosophical zombies (they dont have a mind, but they still act and seem as if they would) and you could access their pov using your mind , but you are still a limited finite being  and you are not them, you just have an access to their pov.

Then you won't be a limited finite being. If you could access anyone's POV whenever you want. (even they're non existent zombie minds or whatever)

It breaks your limited finite bubble.

And also in dreams you can't access other people's POV. It will make the dream so shit. You will not feel the individuality.

If two fingers on the same hand could fully access each other, are they really two fingers — or just one thing pretending to be two?

That’s the point I was making. The separation between minds isn’t just a technical limitation, it’s what creates the experience of individuality in the first place. If you could access any other point of view at will, the distinction between "you" and "them" breaks down. You’d just be one mind shifting perspectives, not separate minds.

So yeah, logically you can imagine a system where minds are accessible but then they stop being truly separate minds. You don’t get multiplicity and unity at the same time without changing what it means to be “another person.”

I like this

Imagine for a moment, dear friends, that you are Conciousness, and that you have only this one awareness - that you are at peace, and that you are.

There it just seems that you are using the term 'finite' in a different way than how I use it. Under how I use the term Gandalf would be a finite being (even though he can use magic)

As long as you agree that its not logically impossible (to entertain a scenario or a world where a being can have access to multiple povs and can switch between povs), im fine with that.

Yeah, I agree with that. But for 99.99% of people, accessing multiple POVs just isn't possible. Maybe for someone like Leo or others in these kinds of forums, sure — but for the average person, you're locked inside a self-contained, finite bubble.

And if everyone could just break out of that bubble at will, the whole idea of being “finite” or “limited” would lose its meaning. The definitions themselves would collapse.

That’s why I said it’s a feature, not a bug . The limitation is what holds the structure of individual experience together.

If they express different thoughts to your own, then can't you see that they have their own separate experience from yours?

There's no way you can know the answer to it.

Right?

I've given up with my obsession with solipsism, there can't be any proof, and I don't think you are supposed to have a direct answer, it is in the air just as valid as meeting a stranger in the street and being convinced they are not an NPC. I've had fun playing with this theory but I've given up on it since everyone else does what they wish which can be against my own morals and values and dreams - someone could kill me and to some extent to say I am my own heart beating well true but also it's spontaneous beating on its own so it's not my own conscious karma doing the heart beating or my breathing on some level it does it on its own, and I don't feel like god doing all these things as a primary dreamer so the same could be said for a seperate human who chooses to kill me because deep down I'd want them to spare me and I live a happy life but there is no guarantee of this security so as far as I'm aware I'm a nobody knowing nothing and spontaneously a blip in this madhouse called Earth

Why the fuck would reality limit itself to only create one self conscious being and the rest are not conscious? If reality is infinite it can create infinite self conscious beings, infinite illusions, why would there only be one (you) illusion of self.

It’s like how people say “you only live once.”

So they really think, in all of ETERNITY. Only one life will appear. And then before and after that will be eternal nothing forever. LOL. As if new form won’t appear sooner or later and “you” are born into it.

Why people fight solipsism so much?

Like let's even say you dindn't awaken to it but you understood the implications intellectually. Why do you want an other to exist? Why are people such an egoist? lol. If people are like this they shouldn't get into spirituality, your ego is too thick, you want to exist as something and not in complete union.

It's like Leo said on his deleted video: If you are only treating others with love and goodness because you see them as others, and once you see them as illusory or as a dream you start behaving with hostility towards people, that just shows your whole love was fake and not deep enough lol.

If a solipsist were to enter the bar, the answer would be very easy because they are brain-dead.

Edit. Maybe I should've said something less inflammatory, sorry.

Solipsism is lowkey a cure to social anxiety and fear of rejection etc

Like if you care what someone thinks, if you’re a guy afraid to approach women, if you just believe they’re actually brain dead and you’re the only conscious experience then what is it to fear

For real, if you are awake and you start doing pickup, that's a real cheatcode right there lmaaao. That's what's refered as leela in hinduism, everything becomes a play.

That’s a different state than the idea of solipsism but I get your point
