Yep - forward motion suppresses the fear response.

I find it helps immensely for concentration, focus and enquiry.

My thoughts are unbroken and flow one into the other, and time seems to stretch out.

How come when people come on here and complain about the elites, government and difficult economic times in North America, it disappoints you? I remember seeing a few people starting pages where they were complaining about how expensive things have gotten, and their anger towards government and I remember you went "I'm disappointed to see this behaviour on here."

It depends on how it is done.

It needs to be done in a very careful, intelligent way, not as just whining and ideology. What I am looking for is a deep appreciation of the depth of the problem, an understanding of the intelligence of the systems that are being criticized.

@TheEnigma I think part of it is when there is a theme of victim mindset woven into criticism. That's when I think the rants are no longer constructive. Overall it can be disempowering to frame ourselves as totally powerless.

I think his comeback is wonderful. This man has been using his art as a survival mechanism and has been dominating the scene since 2009. His hunger for success is unimaginable, appearantly him and his producers barely sleep and lock themselves in the studio until the album is done. Insane work ethic.

But there's levels to this though. Some of these have a human in the loop who uses AI to help writing and do the voice. I had a channel exactly like this in early 2025. 

Others are on camera themselves but you can clearly hear the AI script with all the contrast framing and other "LLM-isms".
