@Leo Gura This summer I re-watched your Understanding Democray and Authoritarianism. You went on for about 1 hour steelmanning dictatorship, this year you also published on your blog a post praising China's total dictatorship and how that dictatorship is creating so much prosperity for the folk... These 2 instances left me standing in awe and utter shock, for a moment I thought I was listening to Russian state television, not Leo. 

For some reason I am extremely enraged and my very survival is threatened whenever someone praises dictatorships. I will challange and push back against all pro-dictatorship naratives. Its been almost half a century since dictatorship fell where I live, but the old Bolshevik way of doing survival is still lingering to this day. The backwardness that comes with dictatorship is off the charts. I will never open my mind to such low level perspectives. Dictatorships, Russian brainwashing propaganda, MAGA propaganda deserve to be outlawed and deleted out of existence, not my openmindedness. I will be openminded about many things, but not of dictatorships, religion and conspiracy theories. I made a habbit of downright dismissing any conspiracy theory.

Because the citizenry is corrupt to the bone and a dictatorship will best enable their unchecked corruption. Liberal democracy stifles corruption, a dictatorship stiffens corruption. The reason dictatorships exist is for a highly corrupt elite minority to allow unchecked corruption for the masses so that both the elites and the masses can exploit and steal off the weak so that both the corrupt elites and the corrupt masses of underlings enhance their survival on the backs of the weak and unconnected. The strong do what they want, the weak suffer what they must.

But even deeper: it exists because that's the best that minds of that development level can do.

Cant we get semi-frequent success and dating content on the blog for the us who follow actualized content for personal success? I enjoy the philosophy and see it’s value as years pass, and if I’m motivated to understand these complex topics now, then I think my general appreciation of it will sky rocket if I can only meet some personal success criteria. The recent posts on Christianity has really hit home.

If I had it my way, I would ban all religion- really starting to see how religious indoctrination (the thing that which claims to teach God) is an obstruction to God. This is real Twilight zone shit - - if any one owns a Bible or Quaran, the best thing you can do with that book for your spiritual health is deconstruct it. So so so COUNTER INTUITIVE.

God imagines religion and worships false idols to fool itself that it isn't God.

Once this is realized .... boy o boy

They both believe in objective truths that exist independent of their subjective interpretations.

Ex: Scientists don't realize their is no scientific method outside of their mind constructing it

Do you expect to integrate what you call "Alien Cognition" into society as a whole? (Science, Engineering, Philosophy)

Is alien cognition the potentiality of all possible potentials? (infinity itself?)

How do you see alien cognition as a useful tool for society? Do you see it as impactful as religion, newtonian physics, quantum mechanics?

But the universe clearly cares about the development and progression of mankind, God puts people in place to teach and help others (like you) for more than just your reason of doing it because it’s what you enjoy doing and you have nothing better to do. If Tristan is all that exists, is Leo’s life ever lived through? If God lives through Leo’s life at some point, does he experience talking to Tristan? Does that mean there is an other that could genuinely perceive me at some point? I don’t understand it

Sorry if this question is redundant since I know you get a lot of solipsism related questions - I just become conscious of others not existing very often so I want to understand this. Your video on infinity of Gods - would that answer a lot of these questions?

There is a lot of confusion and missleading assumptions here. You could read the trilogy ( + book 4)  "Conversations with God" by Neale Donald Walsch. Just literary look it up on YouTube for the full audio books. It's a decent take and you'd get some good insight, perspective and context for answering your own questions

In regards to the post on what is a Christian part 2 I can see the appeal. For someone who has no purpose in life and who has little awareness of epistemology this mind virus sounds very appealing. The talk between these two people is moving and you see how profound this christianity mind virus is. When it gets to you on an emotional level that s**ts dangerous. 

They keep talking about how they found meaning in scripture and I just remind myself that it's comfirmation bias. They talk about going deep on bible scripture but they fail to see that the bible is just one book out of many. They paradigm lock themselves and don't even realize it.

I do wonder sometimes, all these people stuck in one paradigm Christians, Bhiddists etc deep in their hearts do they know that this stuff is wrong and that they're wasting their time? For me this journey has always been about a hunch that the stories I was told could not possibly be the full picture, science, religion, new age. Any time there was a worldview I intuitively felt it's limits. I've always felt a deep unease whenever I was told "that's just how the world is" which forced me to keep pushing for answers.

I am still searching for answers today I am not any closer 😂
