Hi Leo, regarding your latest post on Peter Joseph's work, I've watched the two videos and then also watched all of the of shorter clips from his full podcast episodes. It was great stuff.

Are there any more episodes of his you highly recommend? I've seen most of these short excerpts come from his podcast episodes 53,54 & 55. I'll give those a watch. Also have his book to get through (wonder where I got that from) wink wink 😉.

Don't bother with his short clips, watch the full hour-long episodes. The clips are just repeats from the full episode, which is where the gold is at.

The clips just waste a serious student's time. Clips are designed for unserious people.

Does this apply to your second channel, actualized clips? It's great but I'm sure it's bite sized for unserious folks. Your monstrous episodes is like swimming in the Pacific ocean. It can be daunting, scary and challenging. Im watching part 2 of deconstructing science. My head is being blown away. 

Quick fact. I read thomas kuhns structure of scientific revolution in highschool and that lead me to quantum physics which lead me to Deepak chopra, Terence McKenna ect... Which lead me to psychedelics which lead me to ram dass, Alan Watts, and I knew there is more which lead me to you. The driving force is understanding and consciousness of Reality. Personal development serves not only survival but understanding all of life and having the deepest conversations of humanity.

Clips can be useful for quick reference after you've already consumed the whole episode and you're looking for a specific part.

Clips are also useful for sharing with normies and noobs.

Clip is good for sending your grandma, as she would soil herself from a full episode.

On quote 315, following this line of contemplation, this is one of the few points where external help is invaluable. There are some shit parts so merged in ourselves that only an outside force can smell it and mirror it back to us. In fact, mature relationships should consist of this process of mirroring and evolution. You see, sometimes it's hard to scratch our backs.

To The Green Health post:

Yes, Many health trends & diets are conformity.

But we need discernment here. We can’t simply dismiss all of it and say it’s all a big box of conformity. That’s generalization. 

A lot of the stuff do work on our biology, improving overall vitality.

Things like sunlight, nature, grounding, beef liver, dips in ocean, beef, tallow/butter, grassfed/organic ingrediens, like organic cucumber/ potato etc.

The simple natural remedies work, whereas the more exteme ‘biohacks’ are more questionable.

It’s not just all conformity.
