How do you come to that conclusion? I would inuitively think that hardcore psychedelics like 5-Meo DMT or Malt could be quite taxing on your nervous-system with potential damage long-term. But Mushrooms for example seem to be beneficial for various aspects of brain-health in a number of studies, they seem rather neurogenic than neurotoxic. There is not much evidence supporting they would be damaging long-term. + the possibility of increased mental-health and implementation of positive habits that many people report after mushroom experiences that will add up for long-term health.

1) You can feel it in your body just from the hangover effects. Psychedelics tax the body and you can feel it.

2) If you do a lot of psychedelics frequently, you will feel the toll and also the psychological addiction.

3) Even if there were zero negative physiological effects, you are still getting addicted to them psychologically, which in itself is bad. Sober life is the ideal. The further you stray from sober life the more problems you will have.

4) There are studies which show that chronic weed use leads to physiological damage like reduced memory, etc. So even mild psychedelics are harmful long-term.

5) Weed is certainly addictive. Millions of people are addicted to it. This is obvious since they struggle to quit.

6) If you use psychedelics a lot you will feel yourself losing joy during your sober life. You will only have joy while you are high. Which is a bad habit to develop and it the classic problem of heroin or meth addiction. You shouldn't need a chemical to make you happy with your day. If you do, that's obviously wrong.

I definitely notice that my short-term memory is limited at the moment but in the past I had a break for two years and it got much better. Not sure how irreversible the damages are.

@Leo Gura thoughts on caffeine?

Caffeine has no effect on me so I cannot speak on it.

If it's something you need to maintain your joy then it's a problem.

The more a thing makes you feel like that kiwi, the more of a problem it is.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how much are you like that kiwi?

There's your answer.

Is there something you still need nowadays to maintain joy or have you overcome it completely?

What about the millions of people with psychological and neurological disorders, and the millions more, who are on the spectrum to it.

To my understanding they should take chemicals to make their (and others) lifes easier. Not every chemical imbalance can be meditated, breath-worked or talked away.

Speaking as a diagnosed ADHD person.

I often wonder if you will stop with actualized.org at some point because it might be required to get closer to Truth.

I don't know if you or open to talk about it but do you have any goals for the next few years or what are you up to at the moment? Maybe it is stuff that is so advanced that you can't talk with others about it.

Medication for a real disorder is different.

But keep in mind that a lot of disorders are fake and medication too can be abused.

I already did that over the last 2 years. I scaled back my work output a lot, as you saw -- because that's what my growth required.

What exactly is the toll if you do a lot of psychedelics frequently? For sure you get hangover effects sometimes but that passes after a week or so.

Is it like if you getting too often into God mode through psychedelics you just don't care about anything in sober life because you see everything as perfect already so you become lazy? Or what are exactly the tolls?

I have come to the conclusion that the only solid value social media provides is to actually connect with your friends and relatives.

Right now though, mostly it's endless scrolling, dopamine seeking and unconscious image cementing.

I really don't like the way social media is being handled. It could be so much better.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

I feel you're having more fun lately. Wish you a happy life outside the Actulized.org happening. You deserve it!
