Yeah completely agree with taking stock of what you bring to the table. It's powerful to ask yourself questions about your own self esteem and figuring out what your strengths are.

I was misdiagnosed with schizophrenia because the doctor wanted to mess with me so I don't take any medications. Why in the world would you take them? After 10 years of taking medications due to force I just got OCD and epilepsy from them. There is a theory that the schizophrenia meds actually "heal" the patient which to me is an outright lie, done for the sake of business, because these pills are a billion dollar industry. I don't really trust the science behind schizophrenia diagnosis, in my own case a doctor gave me the diagnosis because they can lock you up and the doctors just wanted to lock me up because they didn't like my face. At first when I was diagnosed I really trusted the ones meant to heal me because I was going through perhaps you could call a crisis but it ultimately revelaled itself as some of my former friends gaslighting me. 1. Got diagnosed with schizophrenia 2. Got also abused by the doctors 3. No longer trust them as professionals 4. Now no longer take medications (they would have to forcefully inject me to take them, even left the country to rehab from the meds) First you go through a crisis in life and then you get exploited for medical business. I've literally been assaulted with a needle before, got arrested like 10 times and ultimately spent over 2 years in a psych asylum. It's where I am sitting right now too (although I am getting out soon) and for some reason a police man even pointed a taser at me. Also a doctor put a pillow on my face and are very narcissistic in general. Project MK-Ultra anyone?

I also am in a psychiatric hospital and I have been taking Abilify due to being forced it for the longest time. Often narcissistic people go into positions of power and study to be doctors, etc. Just so they can mess with you. Psilocybin helped me in recovery from being injected, it really calmed down the OCD and epilepsy that happened to me as a result of the injections. I believe that these antipsychotic medications are just total bullshit and we really should consider the people taking them the experts. Also a doctor I've read about does disagree with antipsychotics but he works in a different hospital than where I'm staying. But antipsychotics are a billion dollar business as well and even though I started to get epileptic the doctor still wanted me to take them and didn't really trust my expertise. Don't go try stealing kisses mmkay.

Yeah social media tends to upset me sometimes. I have went long periods without it sometimes and found a new peace of mind. One time I was without for 3 months and damn it makes me so sad sometimes when there's a lot of bashing going on for example. Basically people who don't know you who criticize you. Feels bad man. It's either a whole generation of women or men who are bad. It's just not true, I really don't know what's going on with these people who are accusing pretty much all men or all women of being some way.

I live in Finland and the law around gambling is changing. Earlier only one state owned company, Veikkaus, was allowed to do gambling related business. I actually benefit from racism, being a white guy in Finland. I am in this situation of being forcefully hospitalized, and one of my friends here who is black has to sit two times longer in compulsory treatment than I have to, because the doctor is racist. The doctor literally makes me his golden boy since I am white, which is unfair as fuck.
