  1. The higher level solution to this, is to build yourSelf up.

Do you have a lifes purpose you are passionate about?

Do you enjoy engaging in your lifestyle outside of dating?

Do you have cool friends you like to be with and hobbies you enjoy?

How happy are you by yourself?

Are you persuing women or are you attracting women? ( important distinction.)

Can you bring women onto your island or are you trying to get on their island? ie. Lead her in your world not her world.

How good are your generall communication and social skills in different social and business contexts including with strangers? How well can you communicate and intract with women ( including very attracive women) without hitting on them?

Do you have unhealed traumas, emotions and limiting beliefs that could be flaring up your 'pain body' in social interactions that need addressing?

Do you have a meditation practice that will make you more aware of yourself and give the space to let go and detach as well remain more calm and centered in social situations?

Working on these things alongside dating beautiful women results in having more confidence and being less attached to them. It takes time, but you gotta work on your Self first ultimatley.

Maybe you got all these things down, but if not, worth considering.

  2. @Husseinisdoingfine yeah. Chinese government banned private training centers last year. They shut down thousands of schools and forced them all to go non profit. I work in a Chinese primary school. Kids are there from 8am-6:30pm monday to Friday and then the majority of kids parents send their kids to private schools in the evenings and weekends.

High school is 8am-10pm 6 and half days a week. Some senior year students are 8am-midnight.

  3. There is a real poor alignment in ones being when they're not doing the right thing at the right time. At soon as you do something longer than you should be doing it, you feel a sense of losing alignment, a disconnect. Once alignment is lost, harmony between body mind and breath is lost.  Once that harmony is lost, conditions for burnout are amplified.

Stay connected to body and breath. Stat in harmony with body and breath. Nature. Breathe.

  4. Final Fantasy X

Tidus is from a world without Sin. A world without suffering. He is so innocent, childlike and fearless.

Spira is a world of suffering with 10 year calms once sin is defeated. Sin is like a 500 ton weight on the mind.

Sphere grid. Now that's some satisfaction.

  5. Amazing. Well ordered thoughts here man. I really appeciate you taking the time to write and share this. This is such an important topic.

This is where the Game is played.

Burnout and realizing the unconcious by befriending it have been discussed this week. You hit the nail on the head here.

    Great analysis.

    Thank you.

  6. Half an hour. Some days not at all. I aspire to read more. Life conditions don't really allow for reading books multiple hours a day right now. I also very much enjoy listening to podcasts and audio. Learning a language too which takes time, not at the stage I can read books in that language yet, but i'll get there. Once I escape wage slavery, i'll be able to read books more often. Depends on the conditions, I read 1-3 hours a day in the summer holiday.

Im at a point in my practice where meditating can feel like 50 - 70ug of LSD and that’s just.. normal. Wild, outlandish meditative experiences just happen, regularly now. Less in a perceptual intensity but in the awareness of direct consciousness; this consciousness is extremely palpable, obvious, self illuminating, self liberating, and effortless and continues to increase in intensity as I keep up the rigor of practice. There’s a spaciousness and emptiness to experience that I walk around with. The idea of life being a dream is not a philosophical concept but an experiential observation and embodiment. Solipsism is a joke compared to Absolute Unity, and interdependency. The sense of self is fluid, expansive, contractive, I can detect people’s emotions much more easily. Because Ive also been doing a large amount of strong determination sitting, my relationship with pain is radically transforming. Basically pain tolerance is much much higher than it was even 3 months ago. Craving for junk food, porn, masturbation is at an all time low. Very high amounts of emotional ease, happiness, peace. Im more honest with others and how I communicate. I literally just dont feel bored now. At this point Ive accessed deeper “states” of “God” meditating than many of my earlier psychedelic trips.

When I see Leo shitting on meditation I find it both hysterical and sad because he’s leading so many people away from the path that actually Awakens us. Using 5MeO for the rest of your life just isnt it, and observing Leo’s lack of embodiment and shadow come out on the forum and in videos makes this increasingly clear. It‘s blind leading the blind, yet because of his success with Actualized many assume he must know what he’s talking about when it comes to spirituality. In many ways he does, in many ways he’s utterly and completely deluded, like with how meditation works and how to achieve crazy results with it. He’s cornered himself into such determined arrogance, that Im not confident he’ll ever snap out of the self-deception.

Anyways, the thing about this intensity of practice is that it’s become extremely pleasurable not in an overt perceptual sense, but in the radical recontextualization of basically all facets of life. I see the relationship between how much Im suffering in the background of life, and how by purifying the conditions of this suffering, Im also coming into deeper union with truth. And this authentic (re: watch out for neo advaita bullshit) union with truth that transcends all states is the path of Buddha’s, and is the path the self most deeply desires. Im realizing how precious and rare it is to actually be on the path pursuing it at full force and feel immense gratitude that reality somehow manifested the conditions for me to be legitimately on it.

@Consilience Wow this is amazing dude. Good for you. Tonight the buddha path fully opened for me, so very nice to read your post at this point in time as well. I aspire to meditate multiple hours a day. I've done so in the past, I want to do so again. The Buddha. A very wise and great man.

  8. Your subconscious mind is you. You wants the best for you. It's your friend. Clear Communication is healthy for relationships. Especially for the relationship with your Self.

    Plant mantras/ affirmations.

    Dreamboard.

Deep meditation. Ie. Post Yoga Asana and pranayama.

    Nature.

    Pray to the subconscious.

    Ask the subconscious questions.

    Request from the subconscious.

And then it's a case of breathing and returning to breath. Only with breath can one be with the unconcious that One is now concious of.
