Graham Stephen is the most popular right now but I find his content gets kind of repetitive and same-y.

I haven't watched Dave Ramsey extensively... but everybody I know who owns their home mortgage-free swears by him. If you currently have student loans, credit cards, car payments, etc he is probably the way to go.

Channels tend to be more specialized than just investing. There are channels that focus just on real estate, just stocks, just saving, just paying down debt, just budgeting, etc. So try to drill down and find whichever of those interest you.

In this space, be particularly careful to watch out for scams with forex, crypto, and even people trying to sell you access to their stock trading Discord or secrets formula to success.

I'm cautious of scams, which is why I'm asking here. It's hard to sift through all the BS and find someone offering real knowledge.

I don't wish to insult someone's or anyone's intelligence. In fact I rarely ever give much thought to IQ as I always believe in treating everyone equal. So this is just my observation (please don't take it personal).

What I found is that I always have high consciousness and very matured discussions with high IQ individuals without running into any kind of trouble, always sticking to the meat of the discussion.

Whereas. When I talk to certain type of people (I wouldn't want to call them low IQ but they bring very little in terms of insight to the table, I do not consider myself high IQ either, yet I enjoy high consciousness discussions that elevate and add to my intellectual capacity, that is there is always something I gain out of it.)

Now when I talk to "those" people, it always ends in drama, nonsense, rambling, destructive criticism, gossip, finger pointing, character assassination, too much personal talk, labeling etc. I want to stay the furthest from that vibe.

Does this mean that people with low IQ will always behave this way or has this not much to do with IQ and more to do with "ATTITUDE."

Maybe I'm overthinking this, but in my general observation, anyone who came across as high IQ, one guy I interacted with had an IQ of 146, that was remarkable and I had a fuck  ton to gain from him. He was a remarkable dude and zero drama and nonsense. Any discussion with him was a breeze. I really cherished and learned from every word that came from his mouth.

The thing is that there is a certain consistency to this pattern-most high IQ folks exhibited great attitude in terms of conversational behavior and etiquette. And I absolutely had no trouble disagreeing with them.

But this wasn't the pattern with people who had nothing intellectual to say. They would mostly engage in fights and get very personal in any discussion making conversations with them pointless.

I'm not saying that everyone is this way, but majority are. Very few people had both low IQ (that is they could not hold an intellectually stimulating convo or had nothing to offer) as well as a great attitude.

And very few people had high IQ paired with bad attitude. It was an anomaly.

Is this a problem of ATTITUDE or IQ or both or what?

    Confused as duck.

Side note — do you resonate with my experience?

I don't resonate with your experience. I know people who have scored highly on IQ tests. They have successful careers. But they are impossible to talk to about any of this stuff. They also love trump.

I don't believe IQ corrolates to as many things as people believe it does.

  3. Not sure which section this should be in. So apologies if it shouldn't be here.

It would be awesome if @Leo Gura put all the guided exercises on the Actualized Clips channel (or somewhere else). It'd be useful for many people who have already seen the full video but want to go back and do the guided exercises.

It's probably mostly baked into your genetics (for lack of a better word). I doubt you will change it much.

Harmala extract greatly potentiates all psychedelics. But you have go use it very carefully or you can overdose. If you have 5x tolerance them harmala might do the trick to bring you in line will folks like myself who are super sensitive.

After my breakthrough 5meo experience, tripping isn't the same anymore.

    DMT is now 5meo

2 grams of mushrooms feels like 4-5 grams

    It's completely changed my sensitivity.

@Aldrich Frank's awakening is genuine and deep. I consider him to be 'more' awake or 'more conscious' (whatever that really means) than a lot of other teachers. He has a deeply embodied realisation from a series of Kundalini awakenings, which most teachers haven't had.

It's very obvious, largely from his demeanour and physical appearance that he speaking from deep understanding. You can tell there really is no one there, behind his eyes.

I think people misunderstand and misjudge Frank, similarly to Leo, because he (and Leo) has a very distinct charismatic style which works for some people and doesn't for others. Again, similarly to Leo, you need to watch a lot of his content to really understand what he's trying to say. There are subtleties and nuances that are easily missed.

How do you know it's genuine? How do you know if someone's not just quoting lines from books?

  6. Not sure what the video is, but if you're interested in reading a book on this topic, check out, The Dark Side of Dharma: Meditation, Madness and Other Maladies on the Contemplative Path.

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08W2NQT9H/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1

The whole book is on the side effects of deep spiritual work. Highly recommend it.
