@- Adam - I prefer plugging for everything but for 5meos, for that I prefer vape pens with juice. 
5meos are quite unique, no tolerance and short lasting, so vaping allows to enter into the space smoothly, rise at your own pace and really control the trip.
The rest of psychedelics is just one shot one dose, for that plugging is most efficient. Beware that some substance are more potent rectally, like the 2C family and MDMA, among others, so check for that. A normal amount orally can be a heavy dose rectally for some substances.
From a phenomenological perspective, plugging gives a more smooth and nicer interaction than other ROAs, although seldomly it may mess with the guts and change your hunger, this is rare, but maybe in 150 trips it has happened like 10 times. Regarding vaping, it's also very smooth, although quick acting it also wears off quicker, it's very consistent, I just noticed a bit of headache the first times but body got used to it after the 5th trip, now it's extremely smooth. This was my case, others may not experience it this way.

It's quite simple: you don't know what can and cannot be known.
Very intelligent and rational people commonly make this simple mistake of assuming that, "Well, reality is so tricky and difficult to know that nothing can be known for sure, so we must be humble because we can't be absolutely certain of anything at all." But this is in fact unknown and not true. You do not know if anything can be known for certain absolutely. Therefore you must keep your mind open to the possibility that something can be known absolutely. And that turns out to be the case.
You can know absolutely that you are God. How? Well, by becoming God.
Since you don't know, you cannot dismiss the possibility that it's actually possible for you to become God. Not as an idea, not as belief, not as concept, not as a mere experience, not as an intellectual conclusion -- but ACTUALLY!
God is, absolutely, the only thing that exists. And its existence is Absolute. This can be known with 100% certainty. This is the heart of Awakening.
Becoming God destroys skepticism because skepticism is a lesser intelligence than God. Skepticism is a conceptual position while God is Absolute and non-conceptual.
The mistake almost every skeptic makes is that he overlooks the possibility that there exists a higher intelligence than skepticism.
Can anything be known absolutely? This is an empirical question, not a theoretical one. You must actually go out and find the Absolute. You cannot assume that the Absolute doesn't exist.
It is a bad dogma of science that nothing Absolute exists. This is false. God is Absolute. Which is why science cannot find God.
Right now you exist. This is absolutely true and can be known for certain by you. But everyone takes this for granted as trivial. It is anything but trivial.
Today, so-called skeptics actually misunderstand original Greek Skepticism. The original Skeptics did not doubt the truth of phenomenal experience. To a Greek Skeptic, if you see the color red, is it true that you see the color red. That cannot be doubted. What the Skeptics doubted was all the conceptual baggage added to that phenomenal truth. But if you are seeing red, it is absolutely true that you are seeing red. Even if red is a hallucination, it is still true that you are seeing red.
"But Leo, what if I'm actually not seeing red!" << that is self-deception
Do not overlook the simple possibility that you can turn extreme skepticism into dogma and self-deception. It is possible to doubt things which in truth are just true and not doubtable. But your mind is powerful enough to doubt even truth. For example, your mind can trick you into believing you don't exist. This would be false but it would seem to you like you're being "rational", "careful", and "scientific". But in fact you are just misusing your mind. Being too epistemically cautious and paranoid is a form of self-deception. Rational people mistakenly assume that the more careful and paranoid they are the more truthful their view of reality will be. But this is false. Over-caution ends in self-deception because the mind becomes too closed.

What is the "atom of existence"?
In quantum mechanics, for example, a light particle has no frame of reference; one might say it exists outside of spacetime. That is, for it, everything exists as if instantaneously and instantly, as if you were light. The point is that any "corpuscle," be it an electron, a quark, or a Higgs boson, possesses both a wave and a particle, but the essence is that it is the former and not the latter, but something third, which does not exist in our macroscopic world. And no one has ever seen photons (quanta of light), electrons, or other particles. Mathematical apparatus is used because the language of mathematics is a level of abstraction and therefore best able to describe the world at the present moment. You could say that mathematics is a "sixth language," but no one REALLY knows what these languages are. It just works and is practical (the same principle: shut up and count). And since this isn't just a quantum field manifesting itself as a wave and a particle, it could be one atom, or one photon, or one electron for the ENTIRE WORLD. Or another interpretation is that these are different particles as manifestations of one. I remember a very beautiful description of this, but I can't describe it that way. Let's move on. When we studied the radiation of the Thompson atom, the "electron" itself corresponded to a "harmonic oscillator"—this interaction—that is, it itself, this principle itself, emerged; we were studying something completely different. That is, it's nothing more than a "vacuum oscillator," also known as a "vacuum fluctuation," because the vacuum is actually full, according to Schrödinger's uncertainty principle. That is, these aren't even "quantum fields" at this level...
What's the point? This proves that science isn't dogma. But the most interesting thing is that any true statements within the system are unprovable—that is, they are true, but unprovable. What this tells us is that Truth and Provability are not the same thing. It also proves that there is no limit to knowledge—Gödel's incompleteness theorem. Furthermore, the limitation and completeness of knowledge contradict the main philosophical principle (if we're talking about philosophy, not physics) of the limitlessness of knowledge. And if you take a few sets of words and try to create a truer definition of reality from them, which definition is truer? Reality is not mathematics. If it is mathematics, then it's the same kind of mathematics as arithmetic is to mathematics, in relation to, for example, geometry or set theory... But it's more true (and still not complete) that Reality is "Alchemy." Because one state transforms into another, it gives birth to another, and even your thoughts work in the same way... Reality is "magic" and "mystery." This is metaphorical, not a dogmatic statement.
So, drawing a final conclusion about whether the teachings are good or whether they lead to madness is simply your stage, your conclusion.

Not thinking is not an option. This is one of the stupidities of teachings like Buddhism or nonduality. There is no such thing as not thinking. Everyone who claims not to think is thinking, and thinking poorly.

Hey @Leo Gura what would you say your current sober level of consciousness is?
Like if 0 is deep sleep, 10 normal waking state, 1 million is 5meo; where can you reach maximum while sober?
How would you interact with other people that are at a much higher level of consciousness at your retreat?

For Ralston, enlightenment means realizing that you are now, without mental content. Therefore, any drug makes no difference; if any case it causes confusion. He doesn't understand that the now can open up, unfold in all its depth, and manifest its unfathomable living essence. He would call this nonsense, woo-woo, because he's a guy disconnected from the source. It's clear that there's a barrier between him and the living depth. Listening to him for 15 seconds, you can clearly see his vibration; it's superficial. He doesn't understand that psychedelics don't increase your consciousness; that doesn't mean anything. They just open the energetic barriers that enclose you and keep you disconnected from the depth. 
You could call it increasing your consciousness, but it isn't exactly that, is more that break the separation between you and the reality, then it's not "your consciousness" anymore, it's the reality, that opens in all it's depth, that is unfathomable. Then the life is manifested, the total being. It's a matter of energetic barriers more of increasing anything 

I think enlightenment is the simple noticing of awareness/direct consciousness/direct seeing. 
But just like in gym training, picking up the weight is not the hard part, the hard part is sticking to it and doing it again and again and again, until it's muscle memory for the human to notice the wider awareness in all situations, and to trust that this is going to yield results. 
If you start gym training without knowing results will follow or that its important to lift that weight,  you might give up before the payoff. 
Same way with noticing awareness, maybe you practice it so much that next time something overwhelming happens, you automatically notice and rest as the awareness instead of getting lost, your spiritual endeavour starting to pay off. 
We always are with that awareness, but its elusive to be aware of it, because its not an object. Its easy and hard at the same time. Its confusing when thinking about it, but natural in practice. 
Intellectual stuff is important to get us to know its important when we are beginners and won't see immediate results. To know this simple seeing of knowing itself is important.

@Javfly33 There will be lay offs in every sector as soon as those Elon Musk AI robots hit the market. In my opinion IT is the safest bet and also the most lucrative. Humans will be replaced by robots but somebody needs to keep an eye on the robots in terms of maintenance and development. And IT is very versatile. I'm going into IT project management because I don't like to be locked onto a screen 8 hours a day. The whole thing with AI is that you either integrate AI into your craft or AI will integrate you and make you obsolete.
And by the way I wouldn't listen to that Japanese guy. He will say anything for some cloud and attention. He is a well known attention whore and abusing his wife.

Why not stick to business related jobs and try to change that? I’ve come across real cases of successful entrepreneurs who do things the right way. They are the minority, but they’re out there. They run businesses that are not harmful to society, prioritize their employees, comply with the law, etc.

Im 100% in agreement with you on this. I quit psychedelics long ago, and the path of intensive yoga meditation and study has created a stable sense of God Realization, not a state but a permanent shift. It’s now glaringly clear to me what God is, what I Am, and it’s so simple. I feel like psychedelics blast your nervous system and send you into weird and strange corners of consciousness which cause confusion about the Truth. Many people come back with all sorts of wacky and dark ideas about reality that always have this tinge of fear and darkness to them, rather than love and perfection. Another problem with them is once you start doing them they become your door way to God (or what you think is God) it creates a dependency. Your mind will always compare your weak meditation with being blasted by 5 MEO DMT. Notice how none of the great masters of past of modern times recommend psychedelics as a legitimate path. The people who go all the way just by developing their consciousness have a certain sturdiness, embodiment and aura that people who use psychedelics to awaken simply don’t have- not even close in fact. For example compare Peter Ralston or Yogananda to Aubrey Marcus or anyone else you know who uses 5 MEO to become enlightened- big difference. 
 
I’ve been blessed in life to study with true masters of consciousness, in person, and seeing that makes me know it’s possible in this lifetim, without drugs. So that’s quite final for me. Also once you awaken the subtle energy centers you want to preserve them- I think drugs deplete your energy centers. 
 
But I think it’s cool Leo is going in person, I find in person much more fulfilling these days. I’ve actually been off the forum for a while now as I’ve been in real community, offline, chatting, learning languages, doing yoga, dating. My YouTube channel is fun but teaching yoga in person is much more of a growth path and fulfilling in that I see the fruits of the practice in real time. 
 
All the best to the people who did this though, I hope it works for them, or at least shows them what is possible through a life of devotion, discipline and contemplation.

@Davino, well, I haven't started meditating again; however, after a few DMT trips, I remembered my meditation experiences, which made me relive those.
Although, I don't have a problem sitting in silence. I prefer that rather than talking with others.
I seriously meditated in the past when everyone else on this forum was obsessed with psychedelics because of Leo, and I got some profound experiences by meditating at that time.
However, I cannot deny the power of psychedelics. For the purpose of getting insights and going beyond, I'd rather do psychedelics than meditation.
Meditation for me is more about discipline and being present, even if you can go beyond by using it if you do it for weeks non-stop. I doubt that non-stop meditation can be as effective as psychedelics for most people. Psychedelics target the necessary stuff without my will in minutes, and it doesn't matter how much I resist against it, which I think makes it more fundamental and powerful than meditation.
For me it doesn't make sense to meditate to go beyond if I can do it using psychedelics, unless psychedelics were worsening my health.
However, after the trips, I am more open to meditate, but not for going beyond.

@Alexop Thank you for saying this. After 11 years of nondual work an living in nondual perception since 2021 I feel similarly. On a relative level humanity has a rudimentary understanding of what the masculine and feminine polarities of existence are. Being human and being a lifeform in general is not about the Truth. It is about survival. The overwhelming majority of people that you meet in your life cannot even fathom the truth of what existence is nor will they ever care. In my personal life experience I just meet people where they are at. I have zero thought that they will ever realize the true nondual ontological nature of existence and that is fine. Besides all forms in existence are yourself. You created the totality and you are imagining infinity into being right now. Every form you encounter, every person, even your own subjective experience is just an idea occurring within your Absolute Infinite nonlocal mind. It doesn't matter if the other parts of yourself haven't realized that they are dreaming. 

Obviously the guys in the dating subforum should not be thinking about this.
But being a monk is about being above society. The popular concepts of monks has been so watered down and misunderstood. Why do monks become monks? Because they finally realize that mainstream society is a madhouse of perverts and fools.
But see, mainstream culture never tells you this. It acts as though monks are just these kinds, nice guys so never judge. No! Monks judge that you are totally full of shit and you are diseased perverts.
But see, mainstream culture can never admit this about itself.

Honestly, this is my experience:
If you are judging something outside you - some behaviour in others as stupid, bad, frustrating or find yourself having a reaction - it is because you are disowning and rejecting that WITHIN YOU.
To make a judgement about something is to say 'I do not have that' which immediately prevents you from acknowledging whatever that is, in you. If you did acknowledge it, you would dislike/hate yourself. And you DO have some element of what you dislike externally, in you. Always. You are just unconscious to it, and it is in indicator you have more work to do regarding self awareness and integration.
The marker for growth here is discernment. You can look at behaviour and say 'That is negative, and lead to bad outcomes'. Discernment. Whereas judging is disowning that behaviour and denigrating it in some way. Having a feeling reaction of aversion. As you grow, you will find yourself applying discernment and less judgement.
It can also operate in reverse - you see a trait/behaviour in others you love that you do not have. You do have it, you just do not see it in yourself. You have disowned it. It is relegated to the unconscious.
Discernment > judgement. Important distinction.

Best life pro tip of spirituality is to treat everyone like they are a retarded child. When you do that you subtly identify with it and will become one. Then you will be welcome into the kingdom of God.

@theoneandnoneIts like you are in a room with your family watching a romance movie and it touches your heart and you dont want to cry and cant hold it in so you have to leave the room. But its like that emotion times forever and it gets so strong you cant even feel you have a body anymore. You arent a human anymore and you are a vibrating emotion.
Then you hear and feel everyone shooting this emotion at you as you are now God and everyone and everything is loving and accepting of you. Not you the human or the identity but you the soul of every single person in existence worshipping God. We are all from the same thing and when we see it we love it for its helping us exist and we are helping it exist. We are its cope and it is our creator. The universe cannot exist without you its literally helping you and loving you. When you die, you will go back and see you are the entire universe, we  on this forum cannot exist without the entire universe, which you can see yourself to be.
And the same for everyone else on the forum. Its paradoxical like that.
If you died and left the universe the universe would beg you to come back because it needs you to exist.

What you're talking about is really THE core existential issue: consciousness of INFINITY.
The significance and gravity of INFINITY cannot be overstated. The entire purpose of existence is just realization of INFINITY. It is so profound it is way beyond meaning, it is about Being INFINITY.
If you realized INFINITY fully it would kill you. Way beyond ego death. Ego death is tiny compared to consciousness of INFINITY.
To fully embrace INFINITY means that you surrender resistance to any experience whatsoever. You accept that all experiences, all forms, are idenitical. That means you can experience burning children alive in a Nazi furnace with as much love as you can eating an ice cream cone. Because in your Consciousness all of this is identical. That is the Unity of God/Truth/Love.
A human self cannot accept INFINITY.
Truly, INFINITY is death. If you embraced INFINITY you would be dead, but you would also be in infinite paradise/Love. You are just too afraid to go fully INFINITE. So here you are, playing it small. That's what every human is.
INFINITY is not about meaning, it is about Being all things as once, because the Truth is that all things are identical. The ego cannot stand so much Identity and Unity. It literally kills the ego because the ego is built on assumed difference and bias.
The ultimate Truth is that you are EVERYTHING. But as a human you try to act otherwise, which is what creates all the psychological problems. You don't want to accept EVERYTHING. You don't want to accept your True Identity because it is literally death by Infinite Love.
That is why you are alive at all. If you accepted INFINITY you would already be dead.
This is not about meaning. This is about surrendering your fear to accept that YOU ARE EVERYTHING.
You do not need meaning. You need to realize you are INFINITY, and INFINITY is LOVE.
You don't need meaning because you ARE Infinite Love!
What you fear is Infinite Love! Which is just Yourself! Your biggest fear is just Yourself! Ta-daaaa!

I am blown away by how many wise, intelligent, thoughtful souls there are here relative to other corners of the Web.
It's funny: I used to take this forum for granted, even labeling it as a distraction from doing real work.
But what's cool about this place is it acts as a middle ground between learning and executing, theory and practice, studying and growing.
This forum is like a giant psycho-socio-spiritual, crowd-sourced, collective science project of personal development.
People come here to share how they're interacting with different facets of reality, different paradigms, and the different results they get. And you get to sit and read through raw case studies which you can compare/contrast with your own life experience. Or they can inspire you to be more ambitious, more disciplined, more counter-intuitive. Basically to live the different principles that are needed for building a great life.
All for free. And because Actualized attracts a generally high quality audience you get to interact with people you otherwise would only have a 0.0001% chance of meeting and hitting it off with in real life.
So, thank you Leo for building and fostering a wonderful ecosystem. We take it for granted 99% of the time and most of us would only realize its value the day after you pull the plug.

It is a sense of entitlement, abuse of power, and being surrounded by yes-men.
When you are poor you are forced to accept a lot of limits which you would never accept if you were rich.
When you are rich you can sexually abuse people and then pay them off to keep quite. If you have a billionaire dollars, the cost of this is insigificant. You could rape someone and then pay them a million dollars and not care. When you are poor you can't get away with stuff like that.
That's why great wealth is so toxic and corrupting. With great wealth you can be a moral monster and as long as you pay people off they will put up with it because they have no choice. That's what tyranny is.

I am not against workshops and seminars. There is much value in them if done right. Ralston does very good workshops, for example.
I do want to teach more in-person. Making videos all the time gets isolating. Too much time spent online is not good.
