Just started taking it. Can you specify any specific long term problems?

I don´t know about specifics, probably liver damage, but think about it. You´re taking an animal and turned into a power. Why just don´t eat a steak or animal organs that contains a lot of natural creatine, plus is cheaper. It´s just my opinion, but if this supplement makes you feel good and doesn´t cause much trouble go ahead.

  2. I think as a general rule, avoid eating any kind of grain as much as possible. The first settlements of agriculture were found about 10000 years ago, when we as species star gathering as societies. Before this we ate mostly meat, some fruits a little bit of vegetables. So for the most part of our evolution we didn't touch grains, not at all.

    What are you talking about?

Btw why we wearing clothes and the rest of the animal kingdom doesn't is a good question.

O coffee! By the mighty Name of Power do I invoke thee, consecrating thee to the Service of the Magic of Light. Let the pulsations of my heart be strong and regular and slow! Let my brain be wakeful and active in its supreme task of self-control! That my desired end may be effected through Thy strength, Adonai, unto Whom be the Glory for ever! Amen without lie, and Amen, and Amen of Amen.

    xD nice

  5. @Justincredible76 mmm I don't know too much about healing process or specifics instruction, but what i've research back ago Qigong is the real deal. So, buy a book of Qigong, one afordable for you, doesn't matter too much the author. Like, I'm currently now reading a book about Tantra, tiny book, pretty easy reading, with lots of great references (epic teachers, schools, big works, etc.) and I just pick the first book in the searching option. Once you get deep in the topic you go gonna find some good pearls.

But I'm stuck in this concept of unconditional hapiness,. That i can be happy in any situation, i tried all kinds of mindfulness/meditation techniques to enjoy my job and live in the present moment,. But nothing seems to work that well interms of this particular secanario.

@Inder oh, I tried this once, ended up hating even more my job. Quit your job, find another. Do it for you, man.

  7. Things are automatically done so you can have energy to concentrate in your personal goals. Imagine being mindfull all the time will drawn your energies, cuz its takes a lot being conscious of one action every single second. If you interest in spirituality you can do this in small doses, for example by being mindfull while doing dishes. If you star doing this you are gonna lose your current life, little by little.

  8. @Javfly33 do you even wonder if you friend had also some internal bullshit going on?

Right now you just wrote a 200 words story about your personal experience with a friend in a mall. The practice you mention, like meditation, yoga, etc, will help you to decrease that number, let say in the first year by 20%, then gradually after 3 yrs to 70%.

You then are left with just experience, and that internal dialogue of yours will by tiny, to tiny to even bother you. The resistence will be minor and wont affect your body reaction anymore.

My advice is to keep practice, keep being aware of your toughts, specially in situations that you mention, wrote your thoughts and be conscious of them. Read them and say "my god, I have so much story going on, so much bs inside my head, its ridiculous. This has to stop". That's the beginning of change.

  9. 3 days ago I felt pretty bad, like very bad vibration mode, guilt, shame, apathy. But I've learned the lesson, just let the emotions be, that is, sit with it, alone in your room and let the emotion take control of your mind and body, allow yourself to feel bad like shit, without judging the moment and without hurting yourself and others.

This is pretty powerful. Most of depression and neurosis comes from neglecting those feelings, ignoring them, or delay those sensations with distractions.

This is extreeeeeemely common corporate behaviour. Often this is not necessarily the HR person's doing but rather an incredibly complex hierarchy of approvals and administration protocols.

I thought the same. But indeed they treat you like crap. I use to work in a place were respect was too little, and the employeer always was angry af, I quit. Just try not to take it to personal.
