@Leo Gura thanks a lot for that soup recipe, it's saving my life right now! And I'm experiencing a noticeable chance in my energy level which I've needed and am really grateful for. Thank you.

No particular recipe but I try to include as much Avocados in my family's diet as possible (remember, they can be eaten salty as well as sweet) so I make a lot of guacamole, we eat lots of eggs from our own chickens and make lots of pizzas topped with pretty much nothing other than a homemade pesto of the herbs I find in the garden.

Someone on r/AskReddit suggested best cheap investment, and game changer life-style at home :

The rice-cooker.

It's amazing with brown or half-brown rice (all sorts of rices) + olive oil + 1 tomato (or mushrooms).

Then add raw chopped vegetables...

Some designs have a basket, so you can steam ingredients.

1 volume rice for 1,5 volume water (brown or half-brown, it's not the same for white rice).

1 volume lentil for 3 volume water.

Super Healthy soup - basically an adaptation of Leo's one.

Ingredients

  •  full cauliflower
  • 3 red bell pepers
  • green beans (the long type)
  • carrots
  • curcuma
  • 2 glasses of olive oil (pure virgin organic of course)
  • white pepper
  • organic vegetal broth (2 cubes)
  • 2 lemon's juice
  • garlic
  • 250 gr or more of red lentils (this does wonders and give the soup that nice silky texture)

I'm sure I'll find some other sexy soup variant which includes other spices but I don't have the time to engeneer that right now :P
