Unpopular opinion, but there's something with homosexuality that doesn't make sense

11 posts in this topic

Here's the thing, I have no problem with bisexuality, in fact even though I do not feel raw desire for men like I do for women, if I had the choice of being a woman for a day (not as an identity, but actually having a woman's body), I would totally go have sex with a man and experience that. I think I would enjoy. Also as a fantasy I´m usually able to produce in me excitement if I imagine myself being a woman and I imagine being fucked by a man. So if you think I´m being homophobic with this topic, this is the proof I´m not, because I´m not opposing myself of the idea of feeling attraction or excitement towards men being a man.

What I oppose myself is with people that only can have desire for one genre and that genre is literally the one that is opposed to the biological normal one.

I don't have a problem you being a man and liking men. But WHY you stop there?? Why you limit your love and appreciation and exclude women?? (of course the same goes with lesbians).

In my view, people that are 'only gay' have a certain block they need to release, or something like that.

Here's the thing. If you are heterosexual, and you are not bisexual, that's fine, because you are just playing by natures game, and for some reason, you haven't yet explored your feminine side and you haven't tapped into the possibility of feeling attraction for men too. Ok, fine, you just haven't explored.

But being gay and jumping into the conclusion for life that the other genre is not "desirable"...  What ? Why? What is happening there? Why 'this' and not 'that'?

Male gays rejecting women and female gays rejecting men. Obviously there's a block there for constantly thinking the other genre doesn't deserve your appreciation or desire. Clearly something weird is going on there.

So you think everyone is inherently heterosexual to bisexual at most? That everyone deserves to explore their sexuality this way, and that they're somehow missing out on something if they're not?

??? You understand gay people by fantasizing straight relationships?

This post mostly reveals how desires work for you and now you trying to apply it to others

Naturally, populations limit their birth rate or population sizes depending on environmental factors, in mammals homosexuality is often used. If I cared less about the economy i'd want 52% of people to be gay, and no I'm not gay. Because you have to apply your argument in reverse for it to be true as well:

So let's take attraction on a different personal level. I have no attraction to men at all. I have some attraction to a woman. There have been two women in the last ten years I have an attraction to that I didn't have to think about, it was just there, that's what I call attraction. Does this mean I am not able to extend love in any capacity to the other 8 billion people on this planet, or the male gender? No I can still love that part of myself, the masculine side and I do. I can pick it up when it's down, offer advice, protect or help where I can. I just don't want to partner on an intimate level with masculinity, I've already got most of that covered. I don't want to partner with the other 8 billion people on the planet either, just the ones I feel an attraction to that I don't have to intellectualize or justify in my mind, it's just there on an energetic level.

Well, I agree with you but again, how many gay people are actually like that?

Are we projecting some imaginary mindset here, or is this based on real life experience with gay people?

Maybe it is, I don't know.

My experience is different.

I had a threesome with a gay man once and we talked about it.

He watches straight porn as well and can get off to it.

He appreciates women. He can enjoy physical contact with them. It just doesn't make him that hard, it's not what triggers the raw desire. So he can be with women, but to be any sort of aroused, there needs to be a man present.

Similarly, I can enjoy physical contact with men, but it doesn't make me hard.

And there is something wired differently in how they respond to scent: I don't really like how men smell, I don't like the hairiness and how their sweat smells. I prefer the scent and softness of a woman, that gets me hard somehow. And for the gay man that is opposite.

It was a good learning experience to spend time with an open-minded gay man, I guess they're not all like that.

It seems to me you are over-extrapolating your own inner perception of your sexuality to the general population and over complicating it.

First, it’s actually quite a common phenomenon/kink for men to be able to imagine having sex as the woman with a man and enjoying it. Frankly, I think this is distinct from even your standard bisexuality. I can do this if I try to. If you pay close attention though you’re still being aroused by “your” own femininity in the situation and not the man. If you were truly bisexual, you’d desire men regardless of your current gender.

My main question is, why do you think hetero-attraction is “nature’s game” and homosexual attraction not so? It seems like you’re simply operating in a limited paradigm of sexuality.

For me, it takes a considerable amount of effort as a straight man, regardless of how much radical open mindedness I employ, or how conscious I become,  or how much I tap into my feminine side… to be naturally be attracted to men sexually. It’s deeply programmed into my nature to desire women. There should be absolutely NO reason in an infinite limitless consciousness that you cannot incarnate as a man who also innately desires men. No reason whatsoever that this couldn’t or shouldn’t happen…it happens with monkeys. And it’s natural precisely because it DOES happen.

Not 100% sure which part of the post you are asking about.

Does an open streamer, mean you have an attraction to more people without the need to justify it in your mind or think about it, it's just there, possibly. I would probably say the more open you are romantically, the more inherent attraction you might have to more people without thinking. I mean the times you are standing there and you feel that tug, not looking at a picture or person and saying hmm they're attractive, it just happens energetically without you even realising.

Complete guess on my part. It's very far from my experience of life, Maybe in its opposite, I can understand the reverse.
