How to understand things such as inequality,randomness or differences ?

If everyone is the same,how can i dinstinguish beauty from other people ? How can i say person number one is prettier than person number 2,or how to explain certain racial/ethnical difference between people,and how others may perceive them if everyone is one ?

Beauty could be based on memories of your mom or previous interactions with women. Beauty can be based on animal instinct or pheromones. I don't think our goal is to date every girl or love every girl or marry every girl. It is ok to follow your instincts. Let passion blossom and bloom.

But if we get awakened or expand our consciousness we should eventually see everyone as ourselves. We are they and they are us. We should have more compassion. But our monkey mind might still take over sometimes. Or we might be in a bad mood some days. It is ok.

Imagine looking at a beautiful portrait. Every stroke, every color, every form, every object... contributes to that masterful painting. It's ok to have opinions and differentiate and compare. However, it is important to know at the same time that what you are looking at is what makes the beautiful portrait what it is. You can't have the mona lisa without her smirk or her eyes in the exact position they are in. 

Understand whatever, viewpoints, judgments, meanings to you attach to something is only an opinion because what you are observing is only part of the larger whole. It contributes to the overall effect, no matter how minute it may be.

Sameness and difference depends on what you choose to focus on. If you put two people together there will be a lot of similarities (two arms, two legs and so on), and differences (sex, height, hair length and so on). So you can argue it both ways: everyone is unique but also everyone is the same.

It's not a paradox though, because the things that are different are not the things that are the same. It's possible to be both the same and different simultaneously.

Your statement that "everyone is the same" is only half the story.

The only reason to have the "everyone is the same" idea, is to counter our inherent bias that difference is bad. Difference is neutral of course and so is sameness.

Even more important than ending your biases is firstly just becoming aware of them. You can also end some of them after that.
