I tried VPN to access ChatGPT but my Russian phone number is preventing me from doing so. Is verification through phone number protecction against VPN? But Spotify didn't need it to detect VPN, at least not the free version. The fact that websites are being blocked is kind of stupid because of VPN.

Yeah I will edit my post, but when I posted the time stamped link, at that time it worked fine ( but probably because it was live streamed, it seems that they cut the first hour waiting time).
