meditating on cute babies, it relax me so much, their eyes oh my gosh! also music.....

There is no how to relax. If you try to relax you will create tension. 

If you stop trying to relax you are relaxed. Also any other technique will create some unconcious tension, including meditation.

I definitely disagree. There is a scientific proof that you can activate your parasympathetic system which relaxes the body.

The one that works for me is deep breathing.

The Calm app has some pretty nice guided full body relax meditations and the annual membership is quite low
