What triggered you into this journey?

How did you start to involve with Spritual works?   

My Dad kept telling me to meditate when I was younger, but back then I thought meditation is just a big waste of time.  Once day I watched a Seinfeld standup.  He said something like "A life without meditation is a dumb life".  So I gave it a try... didn't really think much about it.

It all began from that day.

I fell in love with a i girl on my first year of college.

She walked away when i was in the bathroom in a festival we had bumped into each other.

I presumed she didn't like because of my anxiety, and so after a year in a depressed state i decided to start meditating to combat anxiety as well as studying personal development to woo her back.

Another year later i had lost the girl but realised i was "God"

Yeah, life is weird as fuck.

I was in a bad state where I couldn't even look at people due to anxiety so I wanted to look for solutions and read the book feel the fear and do it anyway and that's what I ended up doing. It helped. I also watched a lot of Leos videos such as blame vs responsibility and how to deal with strong negative emotions. I try to watch a video a day from his channel regardless if I find it interesting or not because there is some value from it anyway.

And a trip to hell and back with ketamine + LSD.
