Does NoFap really work?!

Ive found full no fap to be a form of psychological repression which was turning into a shadow element of the mind. Moreover, I realized I didn’t need no fap to achieve my goals. Imagine how many successful people WERENT on no fap. It’s unnecessary and represses one’s sexual self and energy.

Porn on the other hand is very unhealthy imo. Watching even without masturbation is damaging to the mind.

There are good benefits to doing Nofap, but if you outgrew them, that's fine. Here, with successful people, depends on which ones, because there are some that abstain far from normal than average males and females. As long as you be mindful of the process, you'll catch yourself demonizing aspects of sexuality and people, and that too is valuable. There are energetic, emotional, hormonal, mental, and spiritual benefits to this practice when tried long enough. Just be careful throwing the water with the baby in it, unless it's intentional.

While I agree there are unhealthy aspects of porn, there are healthy aspects of porn too. Depending on life situations, there might be no available real sex partner to gratify yourself, and you might be at an unfamiliar part of the world, and your visualizations still are weak. Even you'll find ways to spice up sex with GF or wife, getting inspirations from armature porn, to sexual exploration, and so on.

All of these are very good points

Reach God Consciousness, then do brahmacharya...

That's the hardest version, which most average males are not ready for.

No fap is not advised. Your energy will now not be thrown out, but now it can get stuck. You need to learn to circulate sexual energy also. Add in some more alchemy and your energy will feel so peacefull.

Every morning before waking up pull up your energy from the testicle to the head. Now thats making a good start of the day!

I did no fap for 130 days (no sex either)  so i can give you some good insights.  You will get more energy which is good to release through your work or gym. However personally i got these crazy emotional flatlines which made me depressed af and forced me to stop it. Personally i think no fap works if you have your inner psychology and life handled well, otherwise i would not advise it. It also makes you horny af

Yes what you describe is that the energy is doing not nice stuff, horniness and emotional things. Thats why refinement is needed, by circulating energy.  Than you will be fine and energized! See the book multiorgasmic man , mantak chia, or mantak chia on youtube . It's a skill you can build. In time there are quite some benefits, spiritually and also when making love. For mantak no fap is not necessary when young, less fap enough.

@--George-- Porn is not normal boi and neither is masturbation.

1) What's the point of chasing pussy and get laid if I'm desensitized from real sex and can't get it up in bed? (that's for porn)

2) Masturbation is boring/pointless without porn anyways (from a chimp perspective) and even without porn studies has shown that masturbation is unhealthy and shouln't be done more than like 1 to 2 times per week so might as well just do semen preservation and experience and its glorious benefits (especially if it can help me get more chicks).

@Evil Raccoon No fap it is! Then do something great with the extra energy you will get.

if you master sexual energy , sex will transform from a quick sneeze into a dance of abundance and love. But more importantly it's a fast route for spiritual development.

I've never done NoFap, because it seems too restricting (like not eating sugar anymore and stuff like that).

What I've tried a few times is stop watching porn and try to only masturbate when I'm really horny, not just as another distraction. That felt more healthy to me than watching porn frequently.

I see no point in completely repressing my instincts. Like with every other thing in life, moderation is the way to go IMO.

@Evil Raccoon why do you feel masturbating isn't normal?

@Farnaby

There’s that + I’ve always felt that the idea of a grown man playing with his little ding-dong was so beta lol.

@Evil Raccoon well, to each their own. I don't see how playing with your body makes you "beta". Seems like a judgement from the ego.

However, if complete abstinence from masturbation works for you, that's great.

@Evil Raccoon  low  quality video. Hair loss is a myth for example. Science isnt that far and hasnt discovered yet what I was talking about.
