Dazed and Confused

Okay so let me get right into the meat of it. 5 fucking months have passed and I added one new habit, I never had a green streak longer than 4 days and I even dropped going to the gym. WTF!?! It looks like I'm still very very very very very very very very very much asleep and I need to become more aware of how I spend my days. I'm currently wondering how?

I decided to track my every step by getting a app that records the time spent doing things. I will see if this improves my efficiency and lessens my time wastery.

WAKE UP! WAKE THE FUCK UP! *banging my head against the table*

I see myself 5 or 6 months ago in you. I was trying to install a lot of good habits. For example, waking up at 6, meditation + affirmations + visualization, journaling, and so on. What I found is that if you're able to create one healthy habit, your life starts to shift into that same frequency. In other words, when you change one thing, the others start to change by themselves. The video that's helped me the most is Leo's "How To Stop Backsliding."

But don't believe. Experimenting is wonderful! :)

@Gabriel Antonio Thanks for the feedback and support! So I should just focus on one thing at a time? I will try it at once.

Habit Streak (1):

  • Meditation (20 min)
  • Programming Subconscious - Streak (24)

@Gabriel Antonio told me something that made a lot of sense. When I actually started this journal I thought about that same concept and how I was going to apply it. Getting one Habit, installing it into my life and moving to the next one. but what I never really did was install a habit properly where I never failed to do it. I tried to do more at once and of course not hold myself very strongly to it. What I need is more determination and focus on my habits.

This is what I will do:

  1. Choose a habit
  2. Do it every day
  3. 30 days in a row (if I fail restart)
  4. Repeat

First Things First

Habit Streak (2):

  • Meditation (30 min) - SDS, fell half asleep had too little of it...
  • Programming Subconscious - Streak (25)

A good thing to do is the moment you have free time do the habit. THE FIRST MOMENT! If you set it off it will never be done.

Almost finished another book review.

This is a new opportunity to break out of old patterns. No big computer here no distractions but a lot of people who can be a distraction.

I'm now reading happiness by design by Paul Dolan. But school is very busy.

Hey, I have seen your videos (not whole) and it is pretty cool. I really like the interface. How you draw is amazing, I really like the animations and how there are no distractions around, arrows and so on.. this really has future. If I were you I would work mainly on my talking because it seemed to me that in for example the video about Managing Oneself you stopped quite often which made the content less interactive. Check out how Leo talks or some popular youtube channels. Their voice is clear and whole talk is very smooth. Otherwise, great job, keep improwing ;)

@Dragallur Thanks for the love man!! ^_^ I really appreciate that you took the time to give me some feedback I really need it. Yhea my voice is the main thing to focus on and I will need to improve in that area. In the first video I went off the top of my head and the second video I read from a screen. The second video is better but I get the feeling that my intonation sometimes comes off fake.
