What are you thankful for?

13 posts in this topic

Just laying here, reflecting on life. Thinking how proud and thankful I am for myself, the work I have put in the last years. The amount of growth and change I have been able to make.

I’m thankful for Leo and this community for providing so much wisdom and support. Absolutely changed the whole trajectory of my life.

I’m thankful for the society I’m in. The opportunities that present themselves everywhere around me. The amount of resources and time provided.

I’m thankful for my mother, who has cared for me. Every step along the way, putting my interests above hers. Putting her heart into raising me.

I’m thankful for my girlfriend. Such a beautiful lovely girl. So sweet and tender. Infinite hugs ❤️

What are you thankful for?

The human brain is really the only good thing that came out of our creation, but even that got screwed up in the evolution of its generation so just the prefrontal cortex and when they're working only symbiotically with the prefrontal cortex in a universal way, the limbic and reptilian system. The two hemispheres with the corpus collossum is elegant but needs some work as well.

Nature. Seriously, nature is fucking incredible. I was feeling anxious today and I couldn't pin point the cause, but then when I opened my windowed and just absorbed the energy of the leaves in front of me I started to feel calmer and more aware and I managed to get through the rest of the day.

I'm thankful for all my struggles, and for the realization that they are my best opportunities.
