Woah, existence. Where did that come from? Pretty funny eh

Hark ye yet again — the little lower layer. All visible objects, man, are but as pasteboard masks. But in each event — in the living act, the undoubted deed — there, some unknown but still reasoning thing puts forth the mouldings of its features from behind the unreasoning mask. If man will strike, strike through the mask! How can the prisoner reach outside except by thrusting through the wall? To me, the white whale is that wall, shoved near to me. Sometimes I think there's naught beyond. But 'tis enough.

I've never tripped...what's a "come up" mean?

If it's full of this kind of laughter it must be fun?

it's going from being sober to experiencing the effects of the trip, can take anywhere from 30 min to an hour with magic mushrooms. There's often nausea involved as well. There's an expansion of consciousness or increase in neuro connections in brain, some aren't willing trust and let go of expectations/ideas, so it can be unpleasant if one doesn't know themselves

@Anna1 When the ego goes, where will I go?

Your not the ego now. You're identified with/as "the ego", if you can see it as separate from "you", then you can't "be" it.

Anyways, this is a funny thread, not serious! :P
