Is Death Imaginary?

13 posts in this topic

“I” got that “your” own death is imaginary but is death also just a concept / imaginary when “you see” someone else die?

I would say that when “you see” someone else die it is actual or am “I wrong”?

“I” would love to hear “your” thoughts on that!

The only thing that can die is your understanding of the world.
When a person dies, it is painful because your understanding of the world is no longer relevant.
The 'body-person' that no longer breathes was never alive in the first place. It was just a pile of rearranged food.

Bearing with the conditioned in gentleness, fording the river with resolution, not neglecting what is distant, not regarding one's companions; thus one may manage to walk in the middle. H11L2

@EricHanefi Don't worry about People Who die. Trust me when your father for example is going to die. He Will forget about you, his familly All his posessions in matter of seconds.

You Will realize this by yourself too one Day.

@CreamCat If its an experience, how can it be death?

After you experience it, you can tell me.

For example, you can experience a rear-naked choke.

You can experience your death. That's Self realization that's Enlightenment.

That's 5 Leo dmt that's meditation etc.

Yes, death and sleep are both just the same state of consciousness. The third state: the time-lapse state. after sleep, a new day. After death, a new ego. Same thing from my perspective

The problem with your reasoning is that it assumes a distinction between self/other, which is imaginary.

What dies is the thing you imagined was real -- self or other. But that wasn't a real thing, it was an imagined boundary.

For example, if the imaginary boundary between America and Canada stopped being imagined by all human minds, then America and Canada would both "die". But of course in truth nothing has died because it wasn't real to begin with.

Things "die" when they stopped being imagined.

Which means: if you stop imagining yourself, you will die.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.
