None of your psychedelic experiences do matter

They matter more than anything matters.

But Kriya is good too.

Are you gonna do a crash course on the stripped down version of Kriya? Looking to get back into the practice. I've got all the books but I feel it's overkill.

You mean a Kriya course?

I want to make one but not until I gain more experience in it. In a few years. I need to test it out more and I got other courses to make first and the retreat.

Focus on mastering pranayama. That's the gist of it.

That just sounds like breathing with extra steps. :P

Michael over at Yogalap has a pay what you want Pranayama course I highly recommend.

Learning from books is super hard. Learning from video is the best way to rapidly learn if you don’t have an in person teacher.

I honestly think consciousness can be explored through pranayama, Krya, Acupressure and Qigong. Meditation is a foundation for that work. What I am saying is very profound for relative spiritual work and inner cultivation.

Also, look up Dan Brulé’s breathing courses. Very Interesting and powerful stuff are these breathing exercises.

I share these tangents with you in this Krya thread so you can start to envision the potential of a holistic approach to energy work.

These sober practices are important along with psychedelic work, journaling, contemplating etc.

Actually, a great way to approach each of these fields is through contemplating while doing them. Deeply contemplate an acupressure point for a couple years.
