How to feel more energetic?

How to feel more energy throughout the day, any tips would help. I feel very lethargic and exhausted all the time

Have you definitely ruled out any medical issues you may have? All the Turmeric in the world won't help if you have a deficiency of some kind?

Try fresh beetroot and carrot juice. Blended. Watch the iron and B12. Low levels get you really tired.

@Preety_India nope, deadly serious. It speeds up digestion so you have more energy for everything else, because we waste so much energy digesting food - that’s probably why your tired all the time.

Usually we aren’t deficient in anything, just over tired.

Foods that are alive will give you the cleanest energy. If you want the energy to last longer add healthy fats.

First of all, it may be the symptom of some illnesses. If you're sure you're ok, try cutting out eating too much, spend more time outdoors. If you work hard, your brain definitely needs some brain boosters to work productively. A really cool thing that helps me to be active throughout a day is taking cold shower in the morning. It really helps to wake up) Also, try to eat nuts and 1 apple before sleep. Also, a good way to overcome your state is walking as much as you can.
