She will lose this case too - if there is any sanity left on this planet - and she knows it, while the rest of you have a complete mental breakdown.  Except this time she'll have a couple million dollars in the bank and a couple of million followers for whoring herself out to the media and a political agenda instead.  Even after after being exposed as a fraud for second time in a highly public case, there will still be plenty of places she can go and profit from where she will literally be hailed as a hero and victim.  Sex tape vibes.  She's literally got nothing to lose at this point and everything to gain.  That's the planet we fucking live on now.  

The evidence suggests this was a bunch of young dumb college kids who were drunk and high and did what drunk and high college kids do. It wasnt the first threesome and it wont be the last. There are no victims.  They were all willingly drunk and high and consented to engaging in acts some would call depraved.  All 8 of them.  And now college threesomes are national news, every grifter is on the case and its the same stupid nonsensical hate bullshit thats been going on for forever until we take a small break before our next big cultural battle.  The divides ain't big enough to cause total political unrest yet.

That's, not thinking, just following what someone else says is - not thinking. Since the jury couldn't find lindsay clancy guilty, you agree with them? Since 2020 election investigation came up empty, you agree Biden won? Since OJ got off you believe he's innocent? Casey Anthony? You think it was right that rodney king won his $10mil lawsuit against the cops? George Zimmerman and Derek Chauvin correctly imprisoned? Jan 6ers correctly imprisoned? Trump convicted in NY? Found guilty of Rape? You agree with Jesus' and the apostles convictions? Again you're acting like you're just being impartial, but you're actively campaigning for these assailants, no one asked your opinion, you came here screaming bloody mary like a little girl... for her to not have her day in court against them, for them to not be investigated. The Cornell Title IX proceeding did not establish that the rape didn't happen.

“all the men were excused of rape” - that is not necessarily incompatible with the documented Title IX outcome. A Title IX finding is not a criminal conviction for rape. The investigations didn't establish that the rape didn't happen.

Failing to prosecute is not the same thing as establishing that the alleged event didn't occur.
