Exactly. You don't have to perform the rape itself if you encouraged it.  You are just as responsible.  Just as if you mastwrminded a murder but didnt pull the trigger.

Gang rape by means of forced intoxication is a super serious accusation in todays world and yet both the college itself and local law enforcement concluded no crimes were committed. Just some good ol debachery. Jane Doe couldnt even get a refund on her tuition let alone any kind of conviction for any kind of a crime.

Yet now its a real thing.

The college expelled several of them and suspended several others. The police report got fucked up because someone made a mistake and sent in a condensed 6 page report from her interview missing many details instead of the full thing.

Why are you so inherently against this situation? It’s plain as day that lots of sketchy stuff happened that night, this time around there will be a much more thorough investigation and much more of the truth should come out.
