Like Kaizen? The Japanese word & concept for positive change through small steps :x

Haha yea. Exactly that. But it takes a bit to ego tho to make change in such small scale.

I did not have jobs that aligned with my passion. I worked these jobs because they financially supported my passions, creative endeavors and further career growth.

There was a time  when I was jobless that I used to live in cheap farmhouses, and slept outside on the grass due to lack of working fans inside the room at night. However the next day when I woke up, I found myself much healthier and energised which puzzled me.

Later on, I read of Gandhi advocating in naturopathy manuals of the virtues of sleeping outside in the midst of raw nature rather than the confined walls of a house, and I  understood the reasons why I felt pretty good when I slept outside.  I similarly sleep in the beaches at night and feel refreshed and rejuvenated waking up. So there were some positives I reaped when I struggled with adversity.

Do you have any other helpful Gandhi advice?

This was based on a book of naturopathy authored by gandhi, and you can find books on naturopathy yourself with natural and inexpensive healing methods.

For example, decades back I once had a boil on the back of my neck. The allopathy doctor I checked out with prescribed around 300 rupees of antibiotics which I did not buy then as I found it too expensive for a minor issue.

Later at home, I remembered a natural healing method I read in a book and practiced in an another country, and just applied salt water on the boil. It broke and never caused any issues to me again.

So I felt happy I saved 300 bucks back then.

I similarly know of people who successfully recovered from major ailments using cheap alternative medical treatments, after getting a poor prognosis from modern allopathic doctors of being incurable.
