Being good alone isn't enough. I am literally at Robert Monroe's level at astral projection, yet it's my worst performing business - I literally haven't made a cent from it.

I am bad at programming, yet I get clients, weird how that works.

You need to be good, AND understand marketing and business. 
 

I’ve been applying bits from 100 mill dollar models series by Alex Hormozi. 
 

Really, guys. Leo has early works and the life purpose course but he isn’t really focused on success anymore. People like Alex Hormozi, Brendan burchard etc is content for you and me. 
 

I am boot strapping right now and J see early results. I’ve had many setbacks and failures along the way. Still, I’ve sang my song from open mic’s to festivals. I’ve taught Qigong classes in person and online and had sales. It’s not a living yet, but its purpose and passion and impact. Helping people with Qigong , and music.

I've always loved Leo's insights and advice regarding practical self development. Unfortunately I don't think there's anybody out there who has a similar style of giving the core important ideas without the typical self help bullshit.

Imagine the most meaningful work you could possibly do for mankind. That's what I mean.

This is what I am living now. I love making videos and coming up with models for the topics I am passionate about. Mostly consciousness, sexuality and dating, work and purpose/craft, discipline, and understanding of reality (evolution, relationships, etc). It lights my soul up because it has been such a medicine for me to even talk about, even with less than 1K subs on a YT channel. But i've poured my whole soul into and 3 years of work including interviews with authors like Ralston and it just isn't budging. I am not getting the viewership, subscribers, or success i had imagined. 

 

I'm not going into a victim mindset about it and honestly making videos in itself has been so fun and developing i would never regret it, but it is a bit draining to see what i think are unique and powerful perspectives basically go nowhere (with others). 

 

Honestly, I'm finding making Life Purpose actually work to be really tough. However, YT is only a small subset of my life purpose, it's just a reflection of it, my whole channel could get deleted tomorrow and nothing would change because my life purpose is mastery of all those mentioned pillars for it's own sake. However, it would feel nice to see some success in that domain. 

If i hadn't saved up a ton of money to pursue this I would be absolutely fucked, so i am definitely priveleged to have the time and freedom to pursue something like this. Had i stayed in tech i would probably have 1M+ now, but also, fuck living without passion, i'd rather just die and money means little to me once basic needs are met

@BlessedLion YT has changed a lot. It ain't what it used to be. Becoming successful requires pioneering new pathways to success. You can't just do what someone did 10 years ago and expect it to work.

What YT was when I started is what the field of AI is today.
