You will very plausibly be able to play your own life as a video game in the next 20 years. They are getting pretty close to being able to decode memories in neuroscience. 

Neural decoding using fMRI and electrophysiology combined with deep learning (like diffusion models and LLMs) can already reconstruct rough video clips, continuous language, or imagery of what a subject is actively seeing, hearing, or imagining in real time while in a scanner.

make the best of what you have, life is short, I would go full circle if I was you, meaning I fucked up so bad, lets go fuck up even more to land on top. Whatever on top means for you, in relationships, money etc. By fuck up I mean to just try and mess around and test whatever, because if you have nothing to lose, you have everything to gain. People that get too attached to life are actually least likely to grow in any area.

As far as I understand it, there is no “redoing “ this life again .Even in frameworks that involve reincarnation, such as Buddhism, the idea is not that the exact same life repeats itself. Reality is either moving in a straight line toward infinity or unfolding in some kind of cycle. But if it were truly cyclical …if this exact life were to recur under precisely the same initial conditions ..then it seems that everything would unfold exactly as it did before. You would make the same choices, take the same actions, and arrive at the same outcomes.

That inevitably leads to one of my favorite philosophical topics about free will and choice .
