Dark Cloud Fucking slaps harder then my step dad. Teen rating makes it shine even more. I have it on my emulator for my phone as well.

I’ve tried Ocarina a few times on NSO and I just can’t with the camera and the lack of direction what to do next. This remake is a day 1 buy for me. The switch 2 is totally worth it for me, who doesn’t really keep up with a new console each generation.

It baffles me how you can say this while being serious. It's like saying Rembrandt is better than ancient Egyptian statues. The comparison itself is absurd, since their contexts are so immensely different. Ocarina came out in a time of the first 3d games and was absolutely revolutionary and is a masterpiece of a game. To pitch it against BOTW makes zero sense and I'm really not trying to be a dick here but you making this comparison is so baffling because it's so dumb coming from otherwise such an intelligent person. Ocarina paved the way for literally every game after it. dunking on it, besides it being a bad opinion, is literally nonsensical. 

Also, BOTW had horrible dungeons and 0 story. The world was amazing and one of the best ever in gaming but yeah it had gaping flaws IMO.

Regarding Majora's Mask - I agree with others here it is dark as fuck. The story is quite involved and adult. While the shadow temple in OOT scared the shit out of me (those fucking hands and the guy that slowly ambles toward you to chomp Link, and the redeads), Majora's Mask was pure doom. The vibe I have is "deranged" for that game

@Natasha Tori Maru Glad to see another recognizing the profundity of that game. Zelda sparked my interest in animism and mysticism as a young lad and then crystallised into my fascination with psychedelics and spirituality later in life. Powerful piece of media.

"Terrible stories" do not spark curiosity like how this series has done for myself and many others.
