Skin care routine for face?

Does anyone here have a facial skin care routine they follow? Something to reduce redness and make your face look healthier and skin clearer and nicer?

Sunscreen in the morning then a cleanser followed up by a moisturizer in the evening. Those are the three essentials.

I have an in depth blog witch covers pretty much everything somewhere. Will post later.

What's nice about skincare as a type of self-help is that it doesn't take very long for you to start seeing results.

idk if you can relate, but i feel so uncomfortable when i put sunscreen on my face, especially if it has to stay there all day. it makes me feel really dirty because there's so much residue. at the same time, i know that not using sunscreen isn't the best idea, either.

Have you tried different brands? You don't need that much. 

If you have the tism I can imagine you being kinda of sensitive. You'll have to find something that works for you.

At the risk of sounding like exaggeration, SPF is one of the closest things we have to anti-aging. This trucker of 28 years never wore SPF and the side facing the window is visibly aged.

It's from a journal from New England, which is close to NY, but the dude probably drove all over the US. The constant exposure is the biggest factor.
