I would add to this: 

Break all your dependence on external validation, learn to sit alone and be happy, discover as much as you can about yourself.

It is definitely not that simple at all.

He's basically just describing new age spirituality.

"Finding your reason can be so deceiving, a subliminal place. 

I will not break, 'cause I've been riding the curves of these infinity words and so I'll be on my way. I will not stay.

the only spiritual thing is the last sentence, the rest is just psychology.
