@Natasha Tori Maru @AION The line is very thin indeed. We don't want any racist IQ, but you can make nuanced and contextualised points.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

It's so ridiculous he tested for microplastic in his semen but didn't detect a major disease

Do you really take his program seriously? His real motivation is to get famous and more money. He studied social media and recognized that sex sells so he always talks about his balls and semen and vaginas whenever possible.

Revealing his illness is good for some more drama.

His channel is more about entertainment and selling products than real research.

Why doesn't he go hard as a motherfucker to cure Hashimoto's? Since he has that.

Oh, it's not a new drama making diagnosis! Just some bog standard thyroid disorder he has had for 20 years. Can't milk it as his next narrative cash cow cos it's old news 😁😁😁

Isn't that his new mission now?

No. His new mission is just to cure the new diagnosis of autoimmune gastritis.

He has had thyroid issues and a Hashimoto's diagnosis for over 20 years.

The whole time he has been doing Blueprint + a proponent of the protocol he has been taking thyroid medication. He hasn't made any attempt to hide this, he just never brings it up when he is peddling his narrative.

I dislike how he feeds into the narrative the biohacking space follows regarding compartmentalising health (or, he does nothing to dispel this myth). It is about balance, homeostasis and holism. An entire system.

I have Hashimoto's, so I wish he devoted more resources to curing it! I do find a lot of benefit in his recent investigation and diagnosis of endometriosis in his gf Kate Tolo (who he actively lied about being with for years, Kate was complicit in this facade also). The focus on women's health in general (and Biohacker space) is good.

I am obsessed with Bryan lol. I find his pathology fascinating. Can't wait until he goes final form and creates a Bryan-centric replacement for his long lost love affair with organised religion (ex-Mormon) :D

He makes good general health advice, I've benefitted from it. Take the signal, leave the noise.

I haven't gotten to deep in his work either, but once in a while a video popped up and I got a little life optimisation which is appreciated. Much of his content is not about cutting edge microplastic ball research, but general good health practices and habits.

Having someone on your feed constantly reminding you to take care of your health is a good mind anchor, given the dopaminergic filth that is all around social media, having a public figures promote health is generally a net positive.

Although this last piece of news has been absolutely ridiculous, it's undeniable, but still got the courage to be honest share it and keep his journey.

But I think this requires solving Hashimotos. They are directly connected. It's the same autoimmune problem, just in various parts of the body.

This was my guess also - I don't have autoimmune gastritis, but.

I think you mentioned you do?

I think both are linked. I am just as surprised as you he hasn't gone toward looking into Hashimoto's also. Maybe it's to come?
