I don't mean metaphorically . I mean literally. I've met them. Yes , I surely sound like crazy, sorry for that. But I just can't be keep silent about this even though I should 

 

I don't merely mean psychics. Even though their psychic abilities are way stronger than of normal ones.

I think willpower is more important than genetics. Unless you mean like a tall basketball player but if you want to have a superhuman impact on the world that's all you my boy
