@Leo Gura I've done a bit more research on making a vape cart using Liquify Pro and THCA isolate, and I read that recrystallization can happen if it’s not decarbed. Do you think decarbing is necessary (by simply heating the raw powder before adding any liquid), and have you ever tried it that way?

Also, you mentioned a ratio of about 60:40 for weed resins, but does that same ratio apply to pure THCA isolate? I’m not sure what ratio would be appropriate to avoid leaks or clogging while also keeping it smooth to vape.

I still don't have a good idea of what proportions would or wouldn't work in this case. For example, I've read that terpenes shouldn't make up more than 10% of the final mixture, but I don't know whether that's actually true. If it is, the mixture would be extremely potent, and I'm not sure that would work in a cart.
