I don't have any particular questions it’s just venting ; you can answer as you feel.
 

For the past year my insomnia has gradually improved, and my physical and mental state along with it. Since I have exams at university, I thought I could flirt with girls here and there, even if it's just for fun.
 

The problem is that the majority of girls - people in general - are on their phones with their headphones on, and I'm still shy and quite civil in general so it discourages me from going any further.
 

Even when I talk to a girl I can interest her punctually because I'm quite funny and attractive, but she often ends up falling back into her earphone/iPad loop.

We are like in a vibrational frequency dominated by schizoids where it is more difficult, it needs more energy to manifest a relationship.

I think not. Go get them cowboy. I recommend doing this newbie challenge it progressively acclimates you to bolder and bolder approaches. Think about it, how fucking boring is social media? I guarantee you that you can outcharm tiktok. Practice a few teasing gambits and banter. Modern women are dying to get seduced. If you go into interview robot mode though then of course anything is gonna be more useful than her having to exert energy to answer boring questions.

Agree. And the competition is harder, because woman has an oceanic ammount of options.

But if you are attracticve, you shouldn't have problems. People are shallow so, it may be that you are not hypnotized nor horny enough to jump through the hoops that getting a woman is necessary for. You need to really want it and be hypnotized to enjoy the games that needs to be played, and that might not be the case here.

Technology mostly hightens competition, it's like globalization. The women in your immediate vicinity are engaging with the content of people living across the world and in part other men with more resources living funner lives than you. If you have the drive to compete it's not an issue but if your brain chemistry is out of whack then yeah it's gonna be overwhelming. 

The dating marketplace becoming more competitive is why social media and social circle game are so important.
