I still have the Bryan Jonson title from the forum with my homemade transdermal steroid solutions and all the supplements/drugs/psychedelics I've tried.

It will take more than a Cronometer screenshot to beat me.🔫

Have you injected Botox into your penis yet?

Bryan has.

I wish I was joking

@PsychedelicEagle health related ay? Do you use a fitnes tracker for training and body responses to nutrition and substances?

Yes, I use a garmin watch as fitness tracker — mostly HRV, RHR, stress levels, and during-workout time and HR. Wbu?

Yeah Garmin also 😃 hrv (80-100), rhr (40-46) stress normally 20% of day, and workouts average 140-150 average, but I do intervals so I typically range between 130-190bpm. Interestingly my hrv and rhr cycle with my period. Rhr always high the week prior by 10beats, hrv dip to the 70s. Food and sleep change shit sooo much. Eating before bed kills rhr and hrv. If I eat well clear of 3hrs prior to sleep my hrv skyrockets to 120ms. Peaks at about 150ms a night
