Anger is not always wrong

3 posts in this topic

When a mature person gets angry it's because there's something very serious happening and it needs to get dealt with immediately.

But our society doesn't allow for anger to happen in a healthy way and it to be recognized because there's just too much unserious unhealthy immature anger circulating.

  • Angry is health if: its at the right things, in the right way, at the right time. It's to know what to take serious and what to not.

Our society has created very soft people that are running away from any negative emotion and are trying to insulate themselves from The Real World.

Sometimes when someone is angry at you  you have to self reflect and not block it out  and not defend yourself.

The automatic defense mechanism because you have to Shield yourself from The Real World will make you very ineffective at getting through life.

When there is anger or unpleasant emotions in the environment stop trying to run from it.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

@integral  This is a wise insight, 2 years ago I recognized that more I run from negative emotions more they get amplified and paradoxically  more I accept them the lesser they disturb me or get reduced.

Thank you.
