Benthino Massaro being exposed

30 posts in this topic

Watch this serie on youtube, I used to follow this guy for a long long time. Now I am finally over it after this serie came on and the truth got revealed. Truth always wins and here is the truth finally.

Finally these clowns are being shown for who they really are. Never trust a guy that tells you he is one with everything, consciousness, but yet critisizes everyone around them. Bentinho Massaro has been doing so much unconscious stuff in the name of consciousness. That is why I called out gurus, as they get a free pass to be in their ego out of the name of being a `reflection` of you. Nobody asked you for advice or for healing them, but instead you decided to critisize and make people feel inferior to you, because nobody could reach your enlightened stage, your followers are always `below` enlightenment. Its like a pyramid scheme, being conscious is not that you are teaching everyone to be more perfect then you, its just about getting closer to God the truth, but you will never reach God, you will only come close to unity, consciousness, but to be in complete unity, the ego and body has to completly die, aslong as your alive your a little better then a monkey and Bentinho has been showing nothing but monkey behaviour behind the scenes. Its better to be honest about how much of a flawed monkey you are, then to supress it and look perfect in the public, yet be awful in private as that side has to come out somewhere and whatever you supress will come out as it did with Bentinho and this is why we hear these awful stories about popes and priests constantly cause they supress for the name of perfection. I think its time for a revolution, not downward, but upward. A time to say, its enough with all of these flawed teacher, lets hear about the people that are honest about their mistakes and tell the whole world how flawed they are, but how they are getting closer to God. This is why I appreciate Justin Bieber, because atleast he has been honest about his flaws and own them, that is real strength, healing, confidence and to me that is more holy then the facade that these gurus put on. Also what does this teach their followers? To aim for perfection aswell what is truely impossible? This guy expects you to meditate all day and allign yourself and anything will be fine, give me a break. If alligning yourself means to sign NDA's and stealing your followers money while using them for sex in the name of healing and devotion, then you should have told that in your teachings hahahahahahahaha. Instead of talking about allignment, talk about how you setup a cult hahahaha.

To not make this a complete hate message I want to say that I did learn some stuff of him, but that doesn't give him ANY audacity to then hide behind the facade of a guru. I want to see a world where we drop the facades and be authentic, real and honest, that is where REAL growth happens, not this fake perfectionistic growth, that is trying to aim for something that isn't real. We are all human monkeys when we embrace that we are flawed, we will actually become close to God, because God is truth, God is not hiding behind a facade, God is one, but that doesn't make you God, because you don't decide when the sun goes up or down. I am excited about seeing some real teachers, my intuition was right to take a step back from all these "sinless, perfect" gurus. Fuck em.

@Olaf Rupert Spira is the only one I "follow" and he doesn't view himself as a guru. He is just sharing his fascination and contemplations on consciousness.

I don't know what I know, but I know that I know.

Posted this exact video last week.

The thing is, you can sense he is awake. I always feel something fishy about him, but some of his teachings are good.

A clear example of a zen devil.

Thats the difference between waking up and cleaning up.
You can be awake and still be a piece of shit.

Osho is another example

Sometimes you have to separate the teacher from their teachings.

@Leo Gura no I never attended his events, but have been following him since 2017, he speaks very much like he is enlightened, but even if he is enlightened. That doesn´t make him perfect and this is the problems with gurus, cause everyone puts them on a pedestal and they abuse the power that they have gained. If you believe your enlightened and tell everyone about how you are pure, how are you gonna keep yourself accountable? I believe growth should never stop even after enlightenment, keeping yourself accountable.

He was born with good genetics to have consciousness of Infinity. However, that natural talent does not automatically give him mature, uncorrupt behavior. He never developed it because he didn't have to.

Sometimes having it easy makes you corrupt.

@Leo Gura Also things coming out about Deepak Chopra makes you really rethink all these consciousness teachers, many of these teachers also get put on a pedestal so they have to act `pure` what probably leads to supression and coming out in private, in dark ways. Just cause your enlightened doesn´t mean you are now more then human, for example I have never seen an enlightened person make something float, they can say they are God, but you can´t make a pen float. hmmm, how could that be? So they aren´t so different from the rest of us in my opinion, but both their followers and themself make them be praised higher then they might actually be. I think an ongoing process of becoming more aware makes you stay humble and accountable instead of feeling better and more holy then everyone else.

The commitment to being Good is distinct from Awakenings themselves.

You can have Awakenings but not commit to being Good.

Exactly.  However it only ends up in further suffering which is not needed.   It is pretty senseless on the awakened person's part.  But sometimes its that the ego hasn't finished burning through karma  and fiights back even harder after dying and coming back.

Interesting. Thought they were one and the same. Spiritual gurus have made it seem like awakening makes you moral and just and care about all beings.

Its weird you realize since everything is One you can be Gandalf or Sauron.  But Sauron ends up suffering way more.  Better to be Good.  Aligning with Truth vs falsehood.  But falsehood is Truth.

I remember watching Bentinho teach nonduality to a small class of older people when he was like 18. Dude was quite something. I see he's 38 now. Must be a bit strange waking up so early.

Enlightenment is overrated.  We already have a world full of assholes willing to take advantage of vulnerable people.  If enlightenment just empowers more psychopaths then shouldn’t enlightenment be made illegal for the protection of society?  What good is it, if it just increases suffering?

Not “fake vs enlightened.” Too crude.

Taken more broadly, this is gifted-anomaly inflation, a lion in spirituality amongst cubs, oh wait thats just my humour but let me continue.

So IQ, creativity, meditation, altered states, doctrine and followers can rarity into cosmic authority. Examples include but are not limited to Leo (no offence as I am not a hypocrite, also myself (hence why I will always be anonymous), Owen Cook, Christopher Langan, L. Ron Hubbard, Tom Cruise, Hollywood puppet masters (theres actually many humble people in Hollywood, Will Smith's wife "2-pac dodged at least 1 bullet, dont you think?" , Russell Brand, Wim Hof, every dictator in history. This teaches us that spirituality is not exempt from narcissistic delusions and narcissistic tendencies are not exempt from spiritual insights which can be weaponnised or at the very least, create the potential for a narcissistic fantasy that the very least corrupts their audience. Most of the anomalies I have mentioned either do not know enough about human psychology, ontology, philosophy or if they do not in practice, including myself there as I still have much to learn and to save myself I do my best t never refer myseld as a teacher, to avoid all the pitfalls, that Leo himself brings up in the very cultish thinking, that I would expand towards including even being a cult unto oneself.

In the context of socialised spirituality, an ego has the potential pitfall of spiritualitising things like:

“I awakened” becomes exemption.
“I see deeper” becomes dismissal.
“Oneness” becomes boundary-erasure.
“Transmission” becomes power economy.
“Infinity” becomes a shield.

These are however transient, forms od dissociation and from dissociation towards fragmentation that further imprisons or is only released by the very awareness or social, emotional maturity, that wouldn't dissociate in these ways.

Misconduct is not just ethical failure. It is epistemic contradiction when its discarded as irrelevant, because its relevance is right fucking here before us now creating a ripple effect isnt it? Thats the awareness that is delusionally being witnessed when the ego creates narcissistic defenses like these. Even denialism by the very same mechanism can say "its not narcissism, that is your human paradigm. I am now Ra, or at the very least an alien here in a human body to instruct humanity". Youre here to instruct humanity, a role that has consequences, arguably positive ones, yet you are exempt from negative consequences for whatever conduct is involved in that process but you reap the rewards for whatever positive you do? Right, right, thats a 2 pac gunshot wound that got shot twice.

The "Ra" sentiment and the like is just statistical anomaly delusion, Sam Vaknin, a guy that wrote a lot about this subject, would likely agree with me but because his own status of having NPD, he would also probably correct me however unnecessary it would be to do so. Also, understand that I am differentiating between narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) and the environments, including being a statistical anomaly, that can in these environments, reinforce narcissistic patterns that otherwise wouldn't reveal themselves as strongly, hence the adage and analogous, "power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely", and I would just add, where there is the lack of broad consciousness development. Also another distinction that needs to be made clear is this, and its so freaking paramount, there must be differentiation between specialised consciousness development like awareness of infinity, versus broad consciousness development, which is the container to hold the highest of specialised consciousness developments. Otherwise its not consciousness development, it just becomes a weapon of persuasion and influence analogous to the "halo effect" of being attractive, which only further adds to Mr. Massaro's statistically anomalous spiritual status.

If awareness is profound, why weaponise insight? Why miss consequences a mature teacher should detect from dependency, coercion, secrecy, sexual confusion, money-pressure to group distortion?

This isnt about abandoning authority and equalising consciousness among persons as it defeats the purpose of growing consciosuness, however being a statistical anomaly that is only a statistical one not an absolute one, does not grant one the privileged status of superiority in the intrinsic being aenae.

Awareness should sharpen consequence-detection: less manipulation, clearer consent, deeper humility, harder accountability.

Real states can pass through corrupt structures. Then realization is partial, unstable, or ego-colonised.

Heres the test as a relatively good rule of thumb:

Does awakening make the teacher easier to question, or harder?

If harder, it is not teaching. It is hierarchy protected by metaphysics.

I listened to some of his teachings on youtube +10 years ago. He had some good insights, but always gave of some weird vibes.

It makes me think of Ken Wilberts "Waking up is not the same as growing Up". Many gurus don't grow up, they think they achieved everything. This is especially true when everyone looks up to you and nobody questions your behavior.

Enlightenment is not for sale. It’s already free.

If anyone is determined to sell this stuff, then sell it for free.

@oOo Thank you so much for putting in so much time in writing this down I love when you said. `Awareness should sharpen consequence-detection: less manipulation, clearer consent, deeper humility, harder accountability.` that is exactly what many of these gurus are missing, they get put on a pedestal and they need to protect their status, otherwise they will lose the status of a guru, because they should be `all knowing ` and have no flaws. Yet, they are also human with maybe an awakening experience, but still they operate very much like everyone else, so when you would hold them accountable, they wouldn´t listen and maybe even say your pocessed by evil, like Bentinho said towards Keilan. Its a threat to their status, that what made them famous and populair in the first place. So I would love to see in the future, and I think Leo is getting there, teachers that are more transparent about their flaws, about how they don´t know everything, how they are also human, maybe with an awakening, but still they don´t operate like God, they operate like a human who have to eat, shit, sleep etc. So basically these `awakened` humans get put on a pedestal and anyone that questions them will either get a vague  answer or will be send out of the tribe and be demonised or making you the problem instead of them. As the guru is always right and the student is always wrong. hmmm at this level of development I no longer resonate with these types of games being played.

@Jodistrict I think they should be held accountable, because now they have a free pass and even tho I am all about becoming more conscious, that also means its an ongoing process and that therefor nobody should be put on a pedestal to the degree that these guru's have been. This is just a power game that makes the student feel inferior as he or she is not perfect and the guru seem to be perfect, while they hide behind the scenes and get their ugly side out in private. Like Bentinho or Deepak Chopra. I belief they have had some awakening experience, but that doesn't mean you will now be holier then thou, in fact, when you choose to be a guru, your choosing power over autenticity, because if you would be authentic and honest, you would tell them how you aren't perfect and are more or less the same as everyone else and not some super human as they sell themself to be.

@dharm4 yes he always had like outbursts that sounded more aggressive then passionate or loving, telling people it was for their higher good or a reflection of their higher self, now its coming out it was more like a way to not focus on his own flaws and be a way to distract the students from noticing anything fishy going on.
