Forced log-out

Anyone else experiencing being force-kicked from being logged in continually? 

Might just be my settings.

If you view a specific section like this one then go to the forum index you will appear logged out temporarily unless you refresh the page .

is that what you are experiencing ?

Yeah it is some juju on my end.

Happening on all browsers (edge, chrome, brave, firefox) regardless of cache/cookies clear.

Odd.

Yes it happens . Not on my phone but on my laptop, when I navigate to the main discussions tab from the sub forum

I think I know what it is.

I have this experience from day 1 on the forum.

Instead of trying to log again, click on a forum section (Consciousness /Dating/Off-Topic - whatever) and you will be immediately logged on again.

Test to see if my assumptions are right 😉

@CARDOZZO Do you mean like when you initially load the forum index? Or when you load the page and it is retrieved as cached version?

In both cases, I previously loaded the pages logged in 100% of the time.

Now, it is a coinflip; I might load actualized.org and be logged in. I might load it 5 minutes later and I am logged out - then I click a subforum and I find myself logged in. Other times, I load the website totally logged out - go to a subforum - I remain logged out. All within a single session of the browser running. Regardless of it I have a tab open with another page from the Actualized.org forum.

Quite the strange thing.

Try manually logging out. Clear your brower cookies. Relaunch your browser, and manually log in.

I've had it multiple times in the past at different periods and was getting logged out automatically. What you have to do is to make sure your browser for example chrome saves your login details and remembers your info. And then just login everytime you get logged out and it will eventually dissapear.

I have gone in and changed that setting also - I will give it some time as you recommend.

Thank you all for helping me troubleshoot - it is a minor issue in the scheme of things.

Gives my mind some time to chew the fat while I key in my login details each time, at least

Logged on - Click on Actualized.org logo - Logged Off? Seems to be but NO - Click on a forum section (choose one) - Logged on again
