Breaking News: Major Combat Operations in Iran šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø šŸ‡®šŸ‡± šŸ‡®šŸ‡·

Professor Jiang is an interesting guy and I do like him. I don’t think his reasoning is groundbreaking though. A good bit of it is pretty evident. I’ve been hearing about the USA and Israel needing to go to war withĀ Ā Iran for almost 20 years.Ā

The issue I have with himĀ is that he’s decentĀ at middle level reasoning butĀ when he tries to scale up his higherĀ orders of reasoning collapse into conspiracy thinking.Ā He hasn’t done consciousness work and he’s caught in a mind trap. He reaches for secret Illuminati groups controlling the world order because he can’t sit comfortably with the reality that human systems are fundamentally chaotic, leaderless and that we live in the unknown. He is unconscious of many other things.Ā

People who haven’t done serious consciousness work tend to need the world to make sense at every level, so when their framework can’t explain the chaos, they revert to low quality explanations like hidden hands pulling the strings.

Or that some states don't want another North Korea case, especially when it has threatened them withĀ elimination in its own words for 20 years. Doing nothing is simplyĀ too dangerous.

Your state is a colonial Occident colonyĀ founded byĀ European Jews who lived in Europe for over 800+Ā years who genocidedĀ and displaced the native population likeĀ 80Ā years ago and justify it with a biblical fairytale that is 100% false and does not exist in reality. You have more in common genetically with modern Russians and Germans than you do to any of the people you think you’re related to that entitles you to the land you are on now. Literally where you sit now was land stolen 80 years ago in the nakba and you’ve now killed their grandchildren in Gaza. Of course every country around you (which btw have a historical right to be there) hates you.

Ignoring the worst trauma a people can go through requires a lot of cognitive acrobatics, one sidedĀ stories and trendy wording to compensate for it.

Stay safe - I have family in the North too Nazareth side. Hopefully this comes to a end and with little suffering.

Thank you for sharing. What a tiny world.Ā I wish safety for your family and hope that the war isn’t troubling them too much.

Israel banned government funding to institutions that commemorate the Nakba in 2011.Ā It does that itself.

So the solution is to act the exact same as the Israeli government and ignore the Jewish trauma?

It is interesting to note that there is basically no actual reporting in mainstream news about what damage is caused by Iranian missiles. (Somehow have a sense that they wont last very long though, their missile stockpiles/factories will probably get knocked out soon.) AndĀ ultimately their will need to be some kind of foreign presence there to oversee free and fair elections at some point.

You don’t get the right to commit a genocide by playing the victim card. My great grandpa was killed my nazis in WW2 and my grandma had to flee to the USA with nothing. I’m tired of you Israel guys using our hardships to build a colonial state.Ā

Hi Niv, good to see you too.

I go to a shelter (a shared shelter for building residents), similar to yours.

I feel mixed feelings (stress, numbness, anger, peace) for various reasons.

I live in the north, so we got missiles and drones from both Iran and Hezbollah. While the repulsion of the ballistic missiles can sometimes shake the windows and walls, for some reason the protection feels more hermetic than in the center, maybe because it’s more crowded there.Ā

Stay safe!

In the meantime... Lucky I chose a differentĀ pathĀ from Yehud to Tel Aviv so I could enterĀ a shelter along the way. If I wentĀ to road 1 I wouldĀ be under the sky right now without protection.

@Lyubov It isĀ one thing to criticize what the Israeli government does in Gaza, the US and European governments did in Iraq, how Israel has beenĀ  established, how France Italy and Greece haveĀ been established, but its another thing to focus disproportionate hatred on one society or one nation beyond rationality. Perhaps this is how humankind has always been. Taking sides according to personal psychology, and thats it.
