:P my point exactly all over these forums. There are millions of people especially in India, China, Asia who eat no meat, take no supplements and are perfectly happy and healthy and die of old age.

I feel like everyone in the west suffers more with all the excess knowledge and garbage and brainwashing we consume. The overthinking and stress ages us prematurely then we become deficient in things, that we do not simply live but think our living.

Indeed he gets direct Amino Acids :D Saves the body the extra work from having to break down "Protein".

I eat snack bar, and some chicken bites for breakfast, with a coffee.

For lunch, I am trying to have a chocolate Huel drink, and a relaxing drink.

Dinner maybe a sandwich from the shop.

Weekends I am a bit of a degenerate when it comes to my diet though hahaha.

I laugh but it is important that i get a handle on it.

With my mouth.

Vegetables stir-fried, generally, and usually as a side dish. Soups, salads, purées, too. I used to add a handful of spinach to a blueberry smoothie, but it's been a while since I've done that.

I often get precooked legumes (except lentils) and in a separate pan or pot add some spices, salt, and garlic, stir-fry some veggies (usually carrots, bell peppers, and onions), tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and mix it all in.

Meat, mostly fried. Chicken, pork, beef. And lately with a chopped bell pepper or onions, too.

The human body functions on (amino acids) which are only (directly) found in plant foods, the body actually needs to work harder to break down (protein) from meat into (amino acids), and cannot utilize them as effectively and efficiently, so its actually easier to get the "correct protein" from plants, not animals.

If you care about health and well being that is, if you are purely for muscle mass and such, meat is the way but its gonna take years off your life.

Nonsense, amino acids are found in all kinds of proteins and your body needs to break them down regardless whether it's from a plant or animal source. If anything, animal proteins are more digestible and have a higher bioavailability.

If your diet works for you, great, but what you're talking about very much seems like vibe science.

Whatever I can get my hands on I no longer have any dietary restrictions.

In the morning a coffee and an ice cream, sometimes a cigar because I still do have big balls.

For lunch some kind of meat (It's too expensive but I love lamb, yum) with a salad and a Msemmen with light cheese on top. Coca-Cola or beer in the summer to go with it.

For a snack, a large banana (Be careful when eating it tearing off piece per piece, otherwise it's homosexual) with unlimited peanut butter

In the evening, meat and vegetable skewers, air fryer fries, and sometimes a glass of wine if I'm with my father.

Salmon, quinoa and broccoli

Be making you wanna go down on your knees in prayer for how blessed you feel eating it, especially the salmon (sardines are good replacement too, budget friendly plus Jesus ate them so that’s something eheh) 😂

AI said it’s also one of the absolute top most nutritionally complete meals there are.

(I don’t eat this one in particular often, there are variations, I mention because it’s so good imo)
