I have zero interest in watching this Andor character and setting.

And you just wait a season or two and I promise you they will find a way to fuck it up with Disney slop.

They will CGI Luke Skywalker in there. They can't help themselves.

No, it’s over, it was two seasons and it’s finished, which is perfect.

But yeah, I’m a Game of Thrones type. (For me it was a masterpiece until season 3 for GoT), then it all turned to turd. I dislike Lord of the Rings quite a bit (but I’m still very much heroic fantasy, so), and I prefer when things are super intricate, slow paced, and build up emotion and tension gradually.

Star Wars is too kitsch for my taste overall. “Bang bang, fight saber huuun.” I like when the universe feels coherent and when the characters react like people in our reality instead of being over the top alien caricatures with cartoonish thoughts.

Andor is in the same vein as Rogue One but definitely way less punchy action and more slow paced ( but it's the same real at the direction).

I didn’t even care about Cassian as a character, it's just how the story is made, they really made it about the meta and the symbolic, which transcend characters interest. It’s literally on the theme of authoritarianism versus freedom, very politic. You enjoying politics is really making a miss not to see it.

It's really an alien in our landscape especially as a star wars (talking of such, the alien series, was such a freaking joke), even if you don't like it, it's a good way to imagine what the franchise could also have been ( in a very good way ), so really give it a try at least. I want your feedback on this, because I can’t see how you wouldn’t with the mature tone and topic.

Andor was a big surprise and that was an advice from ChatGPT based on my personality. I was reluctant at first, but now I’m newly irritated with another feeling, the one that is knowing Disney could make masterpieces and pure art if they actually wanted to.

I really dislike Rogue One as a whole, without even watching it. It is just wrong. It is a story no one needed to see.

Solo film was okay.
