All dating/pickup issues are ultimately hormonal issues

5 posts in this topic

Often the guys that struggle the most here, are also the ones suffering of hormonal issues (low testosterone, low thyroid, autoimmune, etc.) which not only makes them uglier, but also unable to properly interact with women.

I myself experienced this, after I fixed my health it just became “natural” to talk and flirt with women, and to find a good girlfriend. It may sound weird but I can feel my testosterone giving me energy to interact with girls haha. Before that it was a struggle just talking to a girl.

Now it’s sad to see all these poor guys just watching more videos on pickup, while they should be focusing on their health…

Probably an oversimplification.

But yes, definitely get a hormone panel if you’re struggling. Testosterone but also DHEA, estradiol, SHBG, TSH, IGF-1 etc.

I've got pretty high testosterone and I'm still terrified of women lol. It's not logical.

Too reductionistic. Low Testosterone might play a role in making you not confident to talk to a girl but not the only reason .

High testosterone doesn’t mean much by itself. You need to see also DHT, androgens sensitivity, etc. The fact that you’re terrified of talking to women suggests you may have some issues there
