What's the point of trying to understand reality, if reality is mystical?

It's like you try to understand something, only to reach the conclusion that you cant understand it.

At least that's what I thought after seeing the deconstructing rationality part 1 video.

It's essential to avoid getting stuck on a dead end. If you want to open yourself to your true, limitless nature, you have to understand your limited structure, its dynamics, and its foundations. The deeper you understand, the more natural the opening becomes.

You can become it if your Consciousness shifts to the level of Being only. Raw Being.  

That is awakening.

But from a finite perspective you can only look at it from various angles. The finite cannot grasp Infinity itself so it will only be able to know that it is ungraspable.  But it can be grasped just as it itself.

Understanding it's mystical is already progress.

Prerational = thinks world is mystical, can't be understood, actions aren't rational

Rational = world is not mystical, is deluded in thinking that everything can be understood and all actions can be rationally

Post rational = world is mystical again and gives up trying to understand everything, actions become a flow state that might seem irrational to lower stages

That's not the conclusion. You CAN understand it. The understanding will be mystical.

@Never_give_up And I broke it down to you..thats gonna sound foreign to you and that's fine.  But use tools mentioned here to help you.  Mysticism is not in knowing but in not knowing.   So use meditation/psychedelics to really get to the bottom of reality.  Ultimately concepts can only take you so far.  They will build you a framework from which to do your spiritual work.

But first if you are stuck or locked in any type of paradigm you must release that.  You must be open to the notion that literally anything is possible

Its not possible to Know Reality completely.  Example, a Woman can tell me what it is like to be pregnant and give birth, I can intellectually understand it, but I will never know it as a Male... Now this is ultra simple compared to Understanding all of Reality..

You can be intouch with it Experientially, but not Understand it completely, the absolute how's, why's and complexities of it are way beyond anything, once You think You do, then You know You don't as if You do know it completely, no suffering is possible, no questions exist, you probably would not want to function within a society of any kind, and You would want to mahasamahdi right away imo...
