Is it beneficial to pray?

I don't really pray, but sure - why not? It can be beneficial, in that it's relaxing and psychologically soothing, among other things. Kind of like a guided meditation.

The Original way to pray or prayer was about Gratitude and Gratefulness. To be grateful and thankful for this life, to be alive, for this experience ect...

Then real answers come because you are affirming your god-in-humanness. You are being grateful so thus attract more to be grateful for.

Remember the universe can only (match) the vibration you are emitting, it sees you as a creator so it creates what you put out.

Even warriors pray and receive the power of the Gods Odin, Thor, and the entire Pantheon. You are Odin, just like the entire Pantheon, haha.

Prayer is a way of aligning your heart and mind to the universal heart from where all the guidence in life come. Only if you're in tune with the universal heart will you know your life purpose, only then will you know love, only then will you know true communion with others.

Prayer is a devine light invocation practice. It's a way to becoming a channel for blessings. It's a way of communicating with angels and spirit guides. It's a way of being an energy healer. It's a way of transforming every egoic pattern into a pattern of love. It's a way of transmuting even the very cells of the body into light and attain ascension. It's a way of becoming a very Creator itself.

Mastery of prayer is what distinguishes a Prophet/Miracle Worker (Moses, Jesus, Elijah etc.) from a yet to be one.

Prayer is indispensable. Prayer is to keep prodding yourself into accessing your higher self. You are not what you think. You can't escape here without keep reminding yourself what you are and what you're here for. You forgot yourself and you need to jolt yourself out of the stupor you're in. A good prayer is, Please let me see all this differently. Right now everything you see say and know is false. Prayer has to be a way of life not some words that make magic,

Doing it just recently from time to time, personally for me this form of practice does have striking effects on the dissolution of the ego, So I'm going to incorporate it in my daily practices.

If you fill resistance towards doing it, it's your ego, that means doing it would help you in your spiritual progress.

Yes praying is fine. It’s just that a lot of us grew up Christian or in a religious context with a lot of lies, so we have a lot of weird associations with it and a weird relationship with how to pray and what it does. It’s really not so different than meditating but it is a bit, it’s reciting an affirmation. Speak truth, choose an affirmation that is true or something you immediately are aware of and aligns with the present moment, and speak it to yourself focusing inwardly. You are now praying. Just speak truthfully about what is true to yourself and your intentions, you are praying.
