Don't take it too personally - even though it is hard not to! 

Also, it's useful for us to hear it as a fact or neutral observation, rather than as a form of condemnation or blame. It's deeper than the common use of the term - it points to the self as our operating system in life. We may feel tempted to hear that as a negative, but it's just what's already so. Nothing necessarily wrong with that.

Really hard for me to do that with Leo's rhetoric being the latter rather than the former, with no care for disclaimers or clarifications to boot. You'd think it'd be selfless for him to do that. Oh but nope, don't worry! Leo will probably double-down calling me taking it personally survival and corruption from Truth as well! Of course! How foolish of me, he already did put those legal disclaimers under the guidelines anyways, I should definitely shut my low-consciouness mouth 🤐

We're all selfish. Embrace it. It's not a negative thing. Investigate the depths of your own selfishness. Since you seemed to react defensively to the suggestion, what was threatened? In essence, you: some aspect of experience you identify as yourself, or as part of you.

Again, so much gems and gold here. Is it possible to love the truth while surviving? Because I'm sure some will think that survival would be dropped and one wouldn't care about the body dying right now because they would bask in Truth and existence.

Also is self Actualization the Pinnacle of Truth?

im on my second watch, and while i find it potentially one of your best videos to date, I'm still unclear on what being truthful in practice looks like? 

My own stance and interpretation of your video as well, is that truthfulness is investigating what is the case, and then embracing and not rejecting what is the case. I think this is best demonstrated on the emotional scale; if I feel sadness, being truthful means experiencing, embracing and even expressing the sadness. Not rejecting or fighting it, not putting on a fake smile when talking to people.

However I think the question of truthfulness in practice is very nuanced especially in different contexts. One could say that rejecting sadness even through im feeling it, is still truthfulness, because truth is just what is

Could you elaborate on this?
