Leo what's up with the flower fairy girl? I feel like your latest episode really dug in and hammered on someone like that lol. Very true. Iknow you weren't attacking her directly but it made so much sense how ones attitude and twisted values distort a true desire for Truth above all else.

Why are most women full of shit when it comes to Truth? Why so much fantasy?

How can I know the difference between Truth and Falsehood? What is the Real? How can I tell between what's True and what's Fake? Like, is the Realness of a friendship based on Truth, if one values Truth based on feelings? And if not then what does Truth look like??? What backbone does Truth lay on? How to know when the Truth is found? No bs, I'm serious.

I've now watched 3 full hours of this video, it's quite good. 

I think I had this insight: I am equal to Hitler, but of course I see myself as much better. I view myself as the ideal self, but this is an illusion that can only be broken by caring about truth. In the absolute, my entire way of being is equal to Hitler. Me seeing myself as better than Hitler is the whole problem. 

Is this a good way of looking at it you think?

Fair enough. But when a strong feeler, especially a mother lives in her fantasies of what motherhood and relationships are that are dictated by anxiety, worry, neuroticism and fear of not being seen as a good mother or partner, it isn't the highest Truth of being a mother or partner. Even Feelings, and being a nurturing Mom have a spectrum of true enough at least and complete fantasy and deception.

Me being a father, I value telling my kids the truth specifically in situations where they throw tantrums because they don't get what they want. I am very calm and composed and holding space for them to fuss but also not just giving them what they want. I noticed how the mother's tend to cater to the babies feelings and just want to prevent them from crying because they project that feeling bad and crying is equivalent to something bad or their survival is endangered and they would rather not be Truthful. A lot of it has to do with the mother's self image of herself and how she is seen which isn't the truth.

We could start by acknowledging what's what in our experience. A principle consistent with that would be calling things by their name.

Avoid the common trap of idealizing "the truth." Start with what's right in front of you. Recognize that what's true - the nature of anything - is often actually unknown. That shift in perspective can help steer us in a more useful direction.

For example, as a grounded exercise, consider your experience of a particular emotion. Telling the truth about anything requires being conscious of it in the first place - personally experiencing what it is. In the case of anger, for instance: what is it made of? Why does it exist?

Once we discover that for real, we can begin to communicate what anger is from a place of genuine insight.

And we also have 'ultimate Truth' as a possibility to be personally realized.

When I desire truth, I become open-minded to experience anything, whatever it is.

I know that I might experience feelings that I wouldn't want to experience; however, I must experience them because I want to know whatever must be revealed to me.

It becomes gravitating to face whatever is going to be faced and to find what anything is.

Then, discover what everything is - at any level. It's not an ideal; it's simply whatever is already the case, about anything.

We can start with our experience as it is, right now. For example, since you mentioned it: What is bias?

Also, begin to notice anything within you that is inauthentic - any form of pretense, phoniness, affectation, and so on - and drop it. That act of letting go alone already calls for a transformation of oneself.

At the same time, pursue absolute consciousness: What am I? What is another? What is life?

Just a few suggestions off the top of my head.

@Leo Gura I noticed something about you in this video. I notice that in a lot of videos that you shoot on the topic of metaphysics/spirituality/god you burst into tears mid-video. I noticed that this never happened when you shoot videos on politics, practical personal development, psychology, spiral dynamics etc. 

What is the reason that this happens? Is it because you feel very sad that only you seem to care about such deep topics? Is it because you see that mankind is so asleep to these metaphysical and spiritual matters? 

Genuinely it feels really saddening for me to see you crying in your videos. It must be really lonely and sad to care about such powerful topics and to have your life's work revolve around these topics when 99.9999% of mankind doesn't care about these topics.

Seeing you cry in this video made me aware that the biggest insult someone could give you is that they value and appreciate your work but they are not into your work for spirituality but rather for politics or epistemology, when in fact the topics of metaphysics and God are the cornerstone and the main pillar of your work.

Do not overlook that feelings and the feminine approach has its own kind of truth that your masculine mode fails to see. This is a nuanced issue. It is not as simple as "women don't care about truth but men do. Facts don't care about your feels, bitch!". No. Something deeper is being said.

It was just a personal assumption that I made. For some reason during that segment of the video with the new age girl example, for the duration of that part of the video I've had the image of Teal Swan in my head. Every detail and description of the new age girl felt like you were talking about her, at least that was the image I've had while listening to that part of the video.

Better to frame it as there are multiple styles and approaches to truth. One approach is through the masculine, the other is feminine. Two different ships headed to the same island. Masculine is able to traverse certain terrains more easily than the feminine and vice versa. What is common is the desire and value of Truth to the individual captains onboard. Each will have to make sacrifices in their own unique way, that is inconvenient to both masculine survival and feminine survival.
